Le personnel accueillant, soucieux de répondre aux besoins. La chambre propre. J' ai juste trouvé un cheveux dans mon verre lorsque je me suis servie de l eau dans un des 2 verres qui se trouvait dans notre chambre sur la table.

Beleefd en vriendelijk personeel, schone en nette kamer, thee faciliteit prettig. Koffie apparaat (foto Nespresso) bleek instantloffie in stick te zijn. Fijner dat je dat weet of dat je een duurder kamer moet hebben wil je een koffieapparaat mogelijkheid hebben. Dus dat klopte niet met de beschrijving en werkelijkheid. Heerlijke douche en rituals producten. Schone wc en badkamer. Zeer centraal gelegen en naast parkeergarage (ondergronds) erg handig.

Great location in Bruges, quiet part of the city but within easy walking distance of everything you need. We had connecting rooms, which worked perfectly for our family of 4. Hotel has been recently renovated- was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the AC didn’t work very well, as despite it being Feb we would have preferred the room to have been cooler. Would recommend.

We booked a room for 3 but had a 4-year-old child with us, needing nothing extra. The staff first claimed it was “illegal in the EU” to have 4 people in a room for 3—completely false. As a frequent traveler and gold member, I know there is no such law or fire safety rule. It felt like they made up excuses when they saw non-European guests. The manager later admitted it was their cheap insurance policy, not the law, that caused the problem. They eventually moved us to another room and charged extra—but the whole experience was frustrating. I would not stay here again. Rigid policies and poor communication make this hotel a poor choice.

Great place to stay, however it was a bit cold in the rooms.

Great location, couldn't have been easier to get to all the main sights on foot. Lovely hotel, mostly very clean (except our toilet!). Friendly, helpful staff on reception. Rooms a good size, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

A fantastic hotel for a short weekend with my family in Brugge. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and big enough for my husband, myself and our toddler. It was right in the centre so we were near the main tourist attractions as well as very close to the station. The fact that this hotel has a family/kids area is really convenient, we spent a few evenings chilling there whilst our toddler read some books and played games. We will be staying again and will 100% recommend it.

Lovely hotel, great location, modern and spotless. We opted for a duplex suite for 2 adults and 2 children which was a really special room. Breakfast was also great with lots of variety

Excellent location. Easy walk from train station and then onto all the best bits of Brugge. Excellent breakfast.
