安特卫普市中心的雷迪森布鲁酒店（Radisson Blu Hotel）

酒店位置交通便利。 但本人和女兒入住了兩天。第一天兩人已被蝨咬，通知客房部，答應在第二天本人外遊時清潔，但第二天仍被蝨咬。 房內小型地毯也十分污糟。 隔音差。

因为是周末入住，客人比较多，分配给我们的是apartment，房间非常大，设施完善

So the reception team led by Manager Elizabeth could be one of the least caring team you can meet with. They do not care how to help guest solve issues, and not willing to help, instead they are very “professional” to tell the “rules”so that they cannot help on anything. Good facility, bad hospitality. Certainly not willing to go back again.

Amazing view. The best room view. Helpful staff. Went there for tomorrowland. Breakfast egg options couldve been sligthly better.

Veel te lange incheck rij, personeel niet echt vriendelijk. De teennagels van een vorige gast lagen op de grond in onze kamer. De badkamer is behoorlijk gedateerd, lambrisering aan het afbladeren. Prijs-kwaliteit loopt behoorlijk uit de pas. In Antwerpen zijn echt betere hotels voor minder geld.

Breakfast was not SAS standard, no flexibility. Rooms and staff gave nothing extra. Never again story.

Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het winkelcentrum, het is groot en kamers zijn prima. Parkeerplaats voor gasten is aanwezig, dat is enorm fijn.

Well situated for the center with parking that wasn’t expensive. Area around the hotel is a bit dicey, especially in the Chinatown area. The dated hotel room should have been much cleaner than it was. It was dusty, the furniture was dirty and old and there pink limescale in the bathroom. Decent selection for the breakfast buffet but not great quality food. Pool was smaller than in the pictures but did the trick.

Ladestander til elbil virkede ikke, og har åbenbart været defekt længe. Et stort problem, når vi valgte netop dette hotel, så vi kunne oplade bilen. Parkeringskælderen var meget lille og meget lavt til loftet så vi ikke kunne åbne bagagerummet , båsene var for små til bilen og udkørselsrampen var meget tæt på at koste os et par buler. Parker ikke her med din elbil. Værelset (lejlighed) var meget rummeligt med fine badeværelser. Desværre var der utrolig beskidt: madrester fra tidligere gæster på gulvet, et tykt lag støv under sengen, rester af barberingsgrej på badeværelset, fedtede fingre overalt i køkken, beskidt køleskab og service. Dejligt med aircondition som virkede fint. Pool var fin, men dampbad var defekt. Flot lobby, men lidt nusset overalt ellers. Området var fint og morgenmaden rigtig god.

Loved the location as it was ideal to jump straight onto the train for visiting Brugges and Ghent with ease, staff and room was excellent and pool was a great bonus to have a swim to relax after a long day of exploring

Great location. The rooms are OK but could use some maintenance. Staff work kind and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Staff were helping. Our t.v did not work and they tried to fix it however there was no technician on site to fix it. The pool area was clean.

Two singles beds after requesting a king told they’re fully booked can’t change anything it’s in the small print even through I booked months in advance. I checked the website plenty of rooms available. No information given on the pool or any amenities only our room number. Then a reception member of staff let themselves into our room as we sleep, no explanation or apology given. Bar staff are absolutely terrible 4 members couldn’t handle 25 guests. Didn’t come around to take orders but don’t want you ordering at the bar. Closed food service 1 hour and 15 minutes early without informing guests because it was too hot in a fully air conditioned hotel. Closed the bar one hour early. Was not asked how our stay was at check out. Then the kicker after we checked out and sat at the bar for a drink. My husband went up and paid and as we walked out a member of staff ran after us screaming that we had to pay. Making us out to be thieves in front of other guests and humiliating us. I went to find the manager who apologised for all the things that happens and said she would refund our stay through points which we did not receive. I made a scene at reception and she obviously lied about the refund so other guests wouldn’t hear how awful hotel is. Single beds, room entry, being accused of thievery and lying by management of a refund that never came is how I would sum up this stay. Find a hostel you be safer and treated better. The worst hotel stay we ever experienced

위치도 딱 원하는 곳이었고 방도 깨끗하고 마음에 들었지만, - 매일매일 amenities 공급이 들쭉날쭉하고 - 얼음 등 기본적인 것의 제공이 안되는 점 등이 불편했습니다

Rent rum men jag fick ett rum med dörr mellan rum och annat rum. Det var väldigt lyhört. Annat rum säkert bättre. Hotell låg bra till och helhet mycket bra.
