單人房在樓層中間其實很酷,但是淋浴間會漏水到房間,>< ,還好我看房間很小,淋浴整個房間會潮溼有,只有早上shower ,櫃檯非常親切,位置也很棒,床太軟不好睡.

Room was nice and well-decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Wi-Fi was good. The only disadvantage was that it is close to bars, so it was noisy until 3 am.

This is the second time stayed in this hotel, last time I stayed at the top floor deluxe room like a penthouse so the lights come from windows. this times stayed 3rd floor only two window and face to the other bldg and lighting too dark, special in bathroom. and the shower in the bathroom not work the reception staff (guy) very helpful and come to fix it. and the other staffs are very kindness.

The hotel was ideally situated for the city centre. It took us 25 mins to walk from Brussels Midi station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean, however there were a couple of things that we found let the side down. Firstly the lighting in the room was terrible it was so dim I really struggled to put my make up on. Secondly the plug in the bath didn’t hold the water in the bath, I was really looking forward to a bath as I don’t have one at home. Thirdly we didn’t get a decent cup of tea all weekend as they only had a coffee maker, wouldn’t be a problem for most but we don’t drink coffee at all so it was a problem for us. Lastly our room smelt of cigarette smoke in the evening I’m guessing the air conditioning unit was pulling in air from where the tables and chairs were outside. Overall we had a lovely weekend 😊

This is my go to hotel any time I'm in Brussels! Great location, nice staff and cool decor!

Clean room, great location. An active bar downstairs and in the street so it is not super quiet but we liked being in the mix. We will stay here again.

Great location, there was some small issues with the shower water getting everywhere and the room was tight for two people.

Fantastic place to stay, spotlessly clean and staff both friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfy. Right in the heart of the nightlife. Fantastic atmosphere and close to all amenities.

Excellent location for nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. Easy to access metro nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was great, perhaps a tiny bit of touch ups around the tub area might be beneficial. Great coffee via pods, and a fabulously comfortable bed. Our room had no view at all but was quiet. Again, such a comfortable bed, probably the best bed we have had in Europe anywhere regardless of hotel ranking! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

The staff was very helpful the room was a unique set up. We did notice there was mold on the window curtain next the the shower

Estadia maravilhosa! Hotel limpo, organizado, atendentes super educados. Quarto impecável, cama maravilhosa, roupas de cama e banho muito boas. Banheiro e amenidades de banho excelente!!!

Quarto grande para o padrão europeu. Acomodou muito bem minha familia. Equipe simpática com algumas pessoas que falam português. Diferente foi a questão da entrada do. Hotel estar fechada e termos que entrar pelo restaurante do mesmo proprietário, o que não foi problema, apenas fora do padrão. E o que não gostei foi de ter banheira. Tomar banho de chuveiro em uma banheira não acho confortável. Mas estava era exatamente como nas fotos. O chuveiro é integrado ao quarto, não cherando privacidade. Mas nada que desabone o hotel. Muito bem localizado, perto de mercado, pontos turísticos que caminhamos poucos minutos e da estação de metrô. Super indico
