Stayed 4 nights. Feb 2026 Great location! Convenient to everything. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, the pier, and lots of restaurants and shops. Even more within 10-15 minutes. Free parking available a block away. Friendly staff. Spacious unit. Comfortable beds. Excellent rooftop patio is fun to eat outside or watch the sunset. Placencia has a very cool vibe. Fun fact: there are no parking meters or traffic lights. Really easy to see why you might want to retire here.

I will stay here every time I go to Belize. This was my first trip and they made it very awesome. Beautiful amenities. Literally 30-40 yards to the ocean. One food spot we frequent was literally right outside the hotel/villa. Everything was in walking distance or you could use golf cart. No real need for car only if you leave to the airport. We drove the car only twice.

One food spot we frequent was literally right outside the hotel/villa. Everything was in walking distance or you could use golf cart. No real need for car only if you leave to the airport. Very unique location for a home to rent. Almost all others in the area is hotels. On the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keyless entry, that manually locks. Furniture was not clean. Shower burning hot, but there is an outdoor shower.
