not very convenient to go out,it's a little far from bus station,but it's comfortable to live and the rate is reasonale.

Can’t say enough about the Royal Palms. Greeted at the steps upon arrival! Complimentary wine and cheese hour at 5PM Free continental breakfast.ALL staff make you feel like Royalty! You won’t be disappointed!!

The hotel reminded of a beautiful old Colonial style Hotel. The grounds are beautiful. Location is a short walk to the shops in Hamilton. The breakfast area, which includes a free breakfast, is partially open to the outside and is surrounded by a tranquil garden. My one criticism of the breakfast area is that small birds come in and walk on tables and the breakfast area. There needs to be a better effort to keep them out of the room. My wife and I enjoyed our breakfast every morning. In the evening at 5pm there is wine and beer and cheese and crackers provided, again for free. There is a cosy living room to sit and dine on sofas and converse with other guests if you so choose. The restaurant on site is an excellent choice for dinner. We ate there on 2 occasions. Room was great. No complaints, clean and well serviced daily. King size bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The pool is small but perfect for a smaller hotel. Only 6 loungers but half the time we could snag a couple. Only complaint at the pool is that the staff smokes out the back of the hotel and the smell of smoke often wafts into the pool area. My wife and I smelled it both in our loungers and in the pool. However we very much enjoyed our time at the pool. Highly recommend this hotel and it’s ambiance and the helpful and friendly staff is a welcome change to many of the larger hotels we have frequented.

We absolutely loved our stay—the property was gorgeous and our room was spacious, quiet and private. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and we enjoyed the pool every afternoon. I will be recommending this property for other travelers, it’s a great location to Hamilton and the service is top notch!

Quiet and charming hotel. Staff give you personal attention and are very welcoming. Continental breakfast provided and free wine and cheese for happy hour was a lovely surprise.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and effortless. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and it was a great place to unwind after a day out. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, stylish, and clearly very well looked after. What really stood out was how much the stay added to my overall experience of Bermuda. The location made it easy to explore, and the staff were always happy to offer helpful suggestions. It felt like the perfect base to enjoy the island. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and truly gave me a great experience of Bermuda. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Really enjoyable stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Happy hour from 17:00 to 18:00 was a great opportunity to meet other visitors.

The staff was so professional and kind. They really pampered us. The rooms, common areas and gardens/grounds were beautiful and kept in perfect condition. The evening wine hour was well attended each night and we enjoyed meeting travelers from other countries.
