Very great room! Friendly staff and the location is amazing.

Rooms are small and basic, they are however clean and the staff was friendly.

Muito bom hotel, localização, tamanho dos quartos e qualidade muito boa, funcionários prestativos/profissionais, se puder não pegue o standard, ficam nos andares baixos e geralmente ficam de frente para outras janelas. Indico muito!

Tivemos uma experiência excelente no hotel! O quarto era muito confortável, a localização muito boa, mas o que realmente nos conquistou foi o atendimento impecável dos funcionários. No dia 21/04, minha filha fez aniversário e fomos surpreendidos com um bolinho especial para comemorarmos. Foi um momento muito especial, cantamos parabéns e nos sentimos extremamente acolhidos pela equipe. Também preciso destacar o bartender Cláudio, que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. Adorei conversar com ele e, sinceramente, deixei de sair para beber em bares porque a melhor margarita que já tomei foi preparada por ele. Atendimento atencioso, simpático e muito profissional. Com certeza foi uma experiência memorável e voltaremos mais vezes!

Funcionários super solicitos e atentos. Café da manhã ótimo e com muitas opções. Quarto ótimo. Hotel em via principal, que garante boa locomoção.

Funcionários extremamente solícitos e simpáticos. Nosso quarto estava com o ar condicionado sem funcionar, porém veio um técnico arrumar. O elevador foi um grande problema. Três elevadores, mas apenas um funcionava. O movimento estava elevado devido ao evento Todo Mundo no Rio. Ir e voltar do apartamento levava muito tempo.

Estadia maravilhosa e funcionarios muito atenciosos

tudo limpo , comida excelente, funcionários prestativos. a única ressalva foi a cama, era um colchão velho, meio duro, o restante era muito bom

First off I was very pleased with the staff. The room, decor and overall appearance is great for what I needed especially for the price. Now onto some things that I didn’t quite like. I was there for a week and the only things I liked to eat for the breakfast was fruit, coffee, juice and yogurt. The bacon was dry and tough, the scrambled eggs were soggy and needed salt and other dishes were questionable coming from my own culinary background. You can only go in one time a day to get breakfast and if you want to come back that same morning you will have to pay again for it. On my first day I changed and accidentally left my jacket in the hotel bathroom by the pool, I came back a couple hours later and it was gone and the staff never saw it. My guess is housekeeping tossed it fml. Anyways, I liked the hotel but I wouldn’t have paid for breakfast. There are so many great cafes and stores that serve breakfast right around the corner.

Hotel was also in a great location, couple blocks from the beach. They booked our tours, for a no hassle trip. Also the tour for the soccer game, that was a unique experience, bring ear plugs- really. Over all our stay was great..

i did not like how they charged me extra for checking into my room. ALso at the end of the stay they chased us down for a payment. I think in the future you should just charge the cards on file instead of waiting for someone to check out. I didnt like the fact we cant bring people into the hotel room. They threaten to call the police over inviting people to our rooms when wqe are staying there.I saw other people bringing people in and they didnt say anything.

O hotel é muito bom. Localização estratégica. E café da manhã é excelente.
