Koulen Hotel

Sehr freundliches und kinderfreundliches Personal, ein wunderschönes Hotel und das Zimmer war sogar wesentlich größer als es auf den Fotos aussah. Der Pool war klasse, das Essen im eigenen Restaurant war ebenfalls eine 10/10 und die Lage war fantastisch. Zum Nachtmarkt am Fluss und zur Pub Street waren es nur wenige Gehminuten und bei den Tempeln war man mit dem Tuk Tuk ebenfalls sehr schnell.

So-Bangkok is at a great location at the Southeast corner of Lumphini park. It is just a few steps from the MRT (metro), neat the monorail. As a tourist you can be anywhere quickly. The staff is super nice. The restaurants are excellent a feature special food nights ranging from Bangkok street food to Kaiseki-style Japanese dinners. Of course there is a French night too. This has been my second trip to Bangkok, and I gladly returned to So-Bangkok. I felt on familiar territory even though 10 years passed between the two trips.

We were warmly welcomed at the Siem Reap Airport by Lisa from the Koulen Summit Condo. Then we were again welcomed by the service team on our arrival to the Hotel. The suite room which they offered us was spacious, clean and comfortable. The team staffs Meng, Thida and Lisa then gave us good advice on the choice of food, restaurants, and the visit arrangement on the Siem Reap Temples. On the next morning, we took breakfast at their Cafe. Their supervisor Khner and attendants, like Linda, gave a warm introduction to a good variety of food choices. They were really friendly. On our return for the daily visit, the service team always gave us a warm welcome. It was just like we're back home again. In summary, the service of this Hotel was excellent as to our satisfaction.
