Hotel is in good location in old Montreal and it’s was clean and polite staff at the front desk. Recently renovated with modern furniture and washroom but they didn’t supply bottle of bottles instead they have water station in the hall way which is unfiltered. Also we were woke up by load construction at 6 am right next to our window. Also bed was too soft and pillow too high. Otherwise it would be good stay.

I wouldn’t recommend for families. We had a suite with multiple beds was not good for family. No door between rooms with the different beds so if anyone had reading light on or made a noise it affected everyone. Worst part was double door bathroom and doors are almost all frosted glass. Everyone could see in to what your doing in the bathroom so couldn’t use the bathroom which was only room with doors to change unless you stood in the shower to change for privacy. And at night if anyone woke for bathroom it lit up the entire place and woke all. Not ideal setup for family or small group. If getting for family bring something to cover the bathroom door frosted glass so you have some form of privacy Excellent location and friendly staff. Would stay again if traveling alone or as a couple only. Wouldn’t stay here again if traveling with family or small group. Also limited suites so they wouldn’t allow us late checkout said not possible with suites. Plus asked for late checkout told me had to ask that day could call as early as 4am. Woke early to call to be told can’t with suites so person could have told me earlier and not made it so I had to wake very early But good place for a single or couple traveling

All in all a lovely hotel.

It was a great stay in a great location to enjoy Old Montreal. The staff was super friendly, the bed comfy. My only complaint is that to maintain a good room temp we had to plug and unplug the AC/heating unit as needed - setting a temp or turning it off didn't work.

i am a Montrealer who decided to spend my wedding anniversary evening in Old Montreal with my hubby. The hotel was well placed close to everything. It was clean, room was spacious, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Very nice. Small improvements would be having cups in the gym for the water and more breakfast options (no egg-specific dishes!)

The staff at the hotel were all friendly and very attentive. Great location to everything in old Montreal. Downside- breakfast didn’t have a meat option Not enough bath towels

The rooms heat/air conditioner unit is extremely loud. I called, they sent someone up to fix it as it was a known problem. The came and said it was fixed and give it a minute. After 20mins it was just as loud, so i unplugged the unit to be able to sleep. Other than that everything was great. Room was clean, roomy, staff friendly, great location and price was great too.

Location, proximity to everything and rooms are immaculate. The breakfast is good, but basic, I think having a normal hot buffet would make a better difference. Also There is no pool at this locatio. Still overall the place is great and easy to go every where.
