I originally booked a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds through your website, as shown in the attached picture. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the staff informed me that they could not provide the room type I had booked. Instead, I was given a room with only one King bed and a small temporary cot. This cot came with a dirty bedsheet that had holes and no blanket. On top of that, one of the essential toiletries was not provided, which we had to specifically ask them to send, along with a blanket and a fairly acceptable bedsheet for the cot. It was not an easy night since the cot was far from a decent bed, and this significantly inferior room still cost nearly $200. Completely not worth it. Dont stay here.

A bit dated but everything needed for one night stay.

Basic room, was clean but needed some maintenance. Bathroom caulking, peeling ceiling, tub slow to drain But it was clean and cheap

The facility is old and could use a facelift. Its pretty basic but its economically priced and a better option than most cabins and resorts. We just needed a night's stay so it served its purpose. The toilet clogged as soon as we arrived but staff did come after our insistence that we were unable to plunge (they left a plunger at our door step when we initially complained).

They were great with our dog. We were told when we booked that the hot tub was out of order.

A little dated, more than comfortable enough stay for a weary traveler though.

It would have been a lot better if the weather wasn't snowy and cold. Other than that very fine. I would stay there again.

Kitchen equipped, but really, this was a super clean quick overnight stay. Appreciated that the in-room decor was moderately updated with no carpet. The staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Old smell and rooms weren’t too clean

The website says there’s a hot tub. We went in November and no hot tub. Then went a last week and the hot tub is still not operational. Maybe add on the website there is no hot tub and that you have no plan on fixing the hot tub. Sledders prior hotels with hot tubs.

Its an alright place to stay.
