I originally booked a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds through your website, as shown in the attached picture. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the staff informed me that they could not provide the room type I had booked. Instead, I was given a room with only one King bed and a small temporary cot. This cot came with a dirty bedsheet that had holes and no blanket. On top of that, one of the essential toiletries was not provided, which we had to specifically ask them to send, along with a blanket and a fairly acceptable bedsheet for the cot. It was not an easy night since the cot was far from a decent bed, and this significantly inferior room still cost nearly $200. Completely not worth it. Dont stay here.

Location is very good

Great customer service, easy access just very outdated ( no outlets by the bed to charge phones etc) and not easy on the eyes. Rooms were clean and decent for a quick rest to pass through.

This seemed to be a very average hotel. Older building, rather tired-looking exterior and rooms, but everything was very clean. No carpet on floors, which I felt was a plus, as we have allergies to mold, and carpets in wetter climates tend to have mold/mildew smells. Walls were a bit thin. I was trying to fix a bike and our downstairs neighbor came up to complain; we could hear them as well as next-door people.

We checked in, then looked at the room to see what we were getting in to. Dirty beds, bathroom, etc. Do not go here.

The property is old and needing of work. There was dirt/mud coming out from the front of the tub. The photos online make it look nicer than it is. The hottub is not functioning and empty. The staff moved us to different rooms but I really wish I had just gone elsewhere.

Sleep in your car! The room was dirty and had bugs coming out of the walls. At night you could hear rodents in the walls. There was a kitchen but no dishes, cutlery, or pots and pans. The phone did not work and the TV did not work either. When I approached the front desk I got the eye roll and sigh and was told her husband would be up to fix it. To be fair he did show up and fixed it but acted like it was a major chore for him to do so. I know this place is inexpensive but in the end you get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs.

Room was clean, beds comfy

Stayed solo with my pup, easy friendly late check in, great location off the highway, walking distance to food etc. Coffee pot, microwave and small fridge in the room, great hot water. Hot tub was out of order, nobody was in the office when it was checkout time.

Staff was very friendly and kind, but the room stunk like cigarette smoke, all light fixtures in every room had MANY dead bugs in them, huge LIVING spiders in kitchen and rooms, Huge, thick cobwebs hanging above beds, the windows had dirty film covering inside, the kitchen door locked and we couldn't get back in to get our food from fridge. My youngest child said he'd basically feel better sleeping on the street for the night. The bedsheets and covers were amazingly clean and well-made! The towels stunk like Downey or Febreeze.

Upon arrival I wasn’t impressed. We were just staying one night while travelling through from Jasper to Kamloops. The room was clean and fresh. The bed comfortable. There was a nice (outdated but good) pub across the street that was associated to the Inn. Overall we were happy. It seemed all the travellers were either heading north or south so everyone was quiet and we had a good night sleep. Tim Hortons is next door do it was great for the morning. I’d stay again

This was a great property for a quick stay. Basic amenities and nice and clean. A bit dated but nothing we didn’t expect. Shower water pressure was a bit erratic. We would stay again no problem.
