It's located near CanadianTire/Walmart/Safweway....so pretty convinient! It's not a fancy hotel but rather basic but we get what we pay for so it's pricwed faily. Overall, it met my expectations.

I was not told the time, but when I arrived for breakfast @9:00am, there is no breakfast.

Our stay was value for money. Nice location, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Hotel room had all kitchen stuff and small cooktop. Going to Jasper is quite convenient from this place. Ideal property for staycation.

Although my reservation for a wheelchair accessible room was not communicated to the hotel the staff did try her best to be helpful in relocating us to a ground floor room but all of the ground floor rooms had a 3-3.5 inch step up into the rooms. The lady checking us in was very helpful in trying to find a solution even to the point of bringing a wooden ramp. Unfortunately it was too tall and I couldn't use it. Finally we remembered that we had our own portable ramp. The rooms appear to be freshly decorated but very poorly, not in the design but in the quality of thee workmanship. Our room had a king size bed on a queen size headboard. I booked a beautiful room with a view but because it wouldn't work for my chair we were relocated to a room tucked under the stairs and our view in the mountains were of the underside of the stairs. The new paint was brushed over its borders everywhere including the door's lock. The tub was cracked, the bathroom door hit the front of the toilet, the only window was small and almost completely covered over by the TV, and there was a random cord in the corner that came in from the outside, ran up the wall and back through the wall again. The small bifold door closet was beside the bed but could only be opened less than half way because it hit the bed.

Our room was very spacious with a nice sitting area, small kitchen area with table and chairs. The beds were comfy and had fantastic bedding. I also liked that the rooms did not have carpets. We had a great mountain view. The breakfast was good- plentiful and lots of variety. The hotel is in a great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. We will book here again- recommend it!! Staff was also efficient, friendly and helpful.

Chosen because the price (2 nights $404 taxes included) and ratings were good. Location Excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and mall under 1 block. Lovely walking park behind McDonald's. L shaped room configuration, 2 queens-- beautiful. Lots of TV stations. Bed comfortable, but pillows not great. Thank goodness I had my own. Vinyl floor great..I Always prefer over rugs. Easy key swipe to get in. Sadly bathroom wasn't redone (place is 30 years old)...VERY low sink and toilet..don't advise for seniors. Tub insert Tiny and No plug for tub. Very old shower nozzle. 👍 Air cond/heat up to date. I left the fan on at night for white noise due to occasional footsteps from above. I booked so many hotels on this trip..when I came it was raining and when the front desk didn't tell me breakfast hours, I assumed there was none, and so just had coffee in my room for the 2 mornings. Found out about the breakfast when I checked out. My mistake. Please...move microwave to the top shelf and put coffee maker on lower shelf. Very tough to use coffee maker where it is. Let me know when the bathroom is redone and I will return.

Nice little place, great jacuzzi tub, bed was awesome pillows were small lol.

For an older property, it gave us what we needed the most: costs, comfy bed, large space, breakfast, and pet accommodation's.

Not impressive

Upon check-in at 8:00 PM, we arrived late and had originally requested rooms close together on the same floor as we are a family. While the reception did offer a ground floor option, we were informed that we would need to pay an additional fee to upgrade, which we felt was not appropriate given our initial request. The room includes basic amenities such as a coffee maker and microwave, and breakfast was also basic was fair enough with the cost paid had coffee , bread yogurt , etc On the other hand, the location is convenient, as it is close to McDonald’s and other fast-food options

Place was tidy, dust/dirt build up in the corners but otherwise everything looked good. Basic breakfast of cold cereals, eggs, meat, and beans. Wish they had tea as an option. Place was quiet, close to fast food restaurants and several box stores.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and went above and beyond to make this trip a celebration for my graduation. We had a really nice suite that was spacious and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. Our only qualms were that house keeping didn't do much in regards to tidying up our beds (it looked like the sheet was just thrown back on top of the bed, not properly made) and the breakfast was quite overcrowded, with not enough food out our first morning there (we didn't get much for food). Aside from that, we had no issues with our stay and would stay there again in the future!

Everything was great the only complaint I have is I like to have a bath and there are no stoppers for the bath tub or sink.

The complete lack of water pressure made showering very difficult. Do yourself a favor and bring your own toilet paper. I didn't realize that half ply existed. The room was spacious. The tv was small but worked. The bed was firm. The location was good. It's next to the highway so you do hear traffic.

Breakfast

Room was clean. Bathroom needed work. TV was not great Breakfast over way too early. 7-9 am.

First of all, our king bed room was under the staircase. Not impressed. 2nd. The shower curtain was ripped out of the rings, so that got replaced. Why wouldn't cleaning staff see this??? 3rd, went to dry my hair with the blower and the start button was gone, seen wires , again another housekeeping issue. Not staying there again.
