Carridge House is the venue for a group event.

Overall great experience. 9/10

The rooms and washrooms are extremely small, making it difficult for two people to move around comfortably. It feels as though the spaces were designed around the bare minimum requirements rather than guest comfort

Location was awesome for our needs. Staff was good, friendly and helpful. A delicious breakfast was provided. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean.

Great hotel, food is good. Only disappointment was the TV channels with only 8 channels available.

Multiple bars and decent food

The rooms were well maintained, and comfortable. The staff was pleasent, and very helpful. The restaurant menu varied, and the quality of the food (particularly the breakfast) excellent. Highly recommended.

Great pool

The heated pool and hot tub lit up at night with music going, was really fun! Breakfast inc was excellent and good variety. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back!!

The location is great and the staff everywhere (front desk, housekeepers, restaurant) were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were quiet. But, our room was dingy and had some peeling paint. The bathroom is an odd layout. There is not vanity on the sink, just a freestanding cabinet next to it. The toilet is practically sitting in the shower. It's a really right fit and I'm not a big woman. Also, I had high hopes for the breakfast because the Carriage House has a reputation for great food, but it was really underwhelming. Often the food was cold and bland. The eggs were greasy. The cereal cheap and the fruit salad boring. Not even a banana. The yogurt was served in cheap disposable plastic, and it's the same flavor every day. I have no idea if it was low fat. The exercise room and steam looked dirty and smelled bad.

Great value and great location if you are visiting Chinook shopping mall. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Excellent complimentary breakfast

The room was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful: the room was prepared a bit earlier than check in time and the process was accelerated to accomodate my needs. Didn't use the outdoor pool, however it was noticeably busy. The gym was fine. I would like to have kettlebells there as well, but it's more like personal preferences. Three restaurants with some dishes that were just right for my taste. Overall, nice hotel for staying over for business trip

Good clean hotel. It was quiet even with a volleyball tourney in town. Good breakfast and the Peanuts bar has good selections. Very happy with our stay here.

The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff, without exception, were absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more accommodating. On the less positive side, a microwave and decent pillows would have been appreciated (without having to organise through housekeeping). The tub was difficult to climb over and a handheld option would have been appreciated as not all the water came out of the showerhead. I assume there was no kettle as one was supposed to make tea through the Keurig.

We stayed here 2 years ago and had a wonderful stay. This time, our room, 411, left much to be desired. Bathroom very small. No counter, just a couple of glass shelves. Very squishy and we are not big people. Taps squeaky, need replacing to modern hygienic taps. Had to ask for a luggage rack. Breakfast was decent and included so very much appreciated. Front desk staff were great, as we're servers in the restaurant. Really enjoyed a meal at Peanuts pub.
