Room was clean. Reception area needed cleaning/updating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet service was good, too bad we did not know ahead of time about this cost. Continental breakfast was not the best but was included.

The staff are great but the heating system is very noisy and kept waking me up at night. The bed was hard and the bedding less than desirable, rough cotton.
I stayed here in July and found the air conditioning system. Also very noisy. The bedding was a bit better and the bed was a king size which was more comfortable. I don’t remember it being hard.
The breakfast buffet is fine, it’s a continental breakfast. It would be nice to have some yoghurt available, not just cottage cheese. The bagels were way too hard though, maybe a bit stale?

Beautiful hotel! Location is very excellent and the on was well furnished and cleaned everyday.
The only downside was there was an issue with the garage so we had to park our car in a public lot a few blocks away. When we asked about the garage the next morning the attendant didn’t know what we were talking about.
Great espresso in the room but the breakfast was pretty lacking.
Over all it was a very good experience and I will definitely stay there in the future!

This is a well-situated, very comfortable older, non generic hotel in downtown Montreal. The continental breakfast was lovely. This hotel provides very good value.
