凡尔赛宫酒店

這間酒店房間整潔係可以，但由於比較舊，冷氣唔夠冷，而且好大聲。地板步行會有聲。最重要係酒店附近無停車位，代客泊車收費每晚$40，太貴。洒店服務係好。

Really enjoyed the stay - only two bites Water in shower didn't get beyond warm and room proximity to kitchen noisy while breakfast prepared (which was yummy!)

grosses Zimmer, gute Betten, kontinentales Frühstück gut mit Bagels.

A beautiful property.

1. Two rooms booked, only the first room got the Expedia rate. Second one more expensive 2. Put us in the basement, told that is all they had. Expedia had more rooms at the same property 3. Water leak in the bathroom. 4. Inconsistent customer service experience between staff. Some fantastic, others not 5. Good central location north of the downtown. 6. $40/day for parking is extortion and not listed on Expedia. Call the property before booking.

Les installations sont à refaire. Du tapis sur le plancher, ça cache bien, mais c’est des installations de 1970. Les fenêtres laissent entrer le vent, et donc le son. Et c’est bruyant quand t’es sur Sherbrooke.

Like: Helpful staff, convenient location, good rates Dislike: old facilities, booked a low rate room with very small space and has a poor window openings at an underground floor (best to select higher price room, but that will defeat this lower rate option). Average breakfast but so crowded with all guests in a small room.

Staff was friendly, AC does not work, had to open windows to get some fresh air. No elevators. Carpet in room is stained. Fridge doesn’t work very well, not very cold. Nespresso in room, very nice. Nice personalized touch with VIP service.

Great hotel, has a lot of character. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Great location. Loved this hotel.

The room was clean but quite small & we only got a fridge after asking for it.

Chateau Versailles Hotel may have been a gem at a point with all their awards from 10+ years ago, but don’t get fooled by the photos, as even their deluxe king room with fire place is not as it used to be. (Photos probably taken many years ago). From check in the room was fairly dirty, a lot to stains, and the smell was not clean. I had raised the concern and requested another room but was told everything was full at both their hotels for the duration of my 4 night stay and the front staff didn’t give much care for my concern for the rooms cleanliness. There was a small nespresso machine which I enjoyed and the breakfast did the job, otherwise it was fairly disappointing. The room is trying to keep a Montreal classic look in some ways, but with a mostly renovated bathroom, a large tv and a nespresso, it seems like they can’t choose between a modern contemporary look or preserve its original roots with having old beat up stained carpet, furniture, walls and a thermostat that’s wired backwards with “sharpie” to indicate to use it in reverse (still never really figured out either thermostat in the small room). I will also note the bathroom door frame is very small to fit through, as a 5’10” man, I can’t imagine for anyone with a bigger frame than I to safely fit through the doorway. Coincidentally I ended up breaking my toe while entering my small room washroom, as the door couldn’t even open all the way in the washroom, so my foot caught the door itself. After breaking my toe,

Hotel próximo ao centro, porém com muitas escadas, nao recomendado para quem tem problemas de mobilidade. Hotel não oferece estacionamento, tivemos que estacionar a cerca de 800mts em um estacionamento publico que custou CA$27 por dia. Café da manhã bom. O que mais me incomodou foi a falta de elevador no hotel, tendo que subir muitos degraus. Atendentes cordiais.

Property was clean, good service from staff, close to transportation, and good dining options. The only issue I faced was that there were no elevators and my room was on the fourth floor. This information should have been made available at the time of booking. The hotel did bring my baggage to the room.

The room location was very strange, behind the breakfast room so i heard dishes clanging early in the am. And the breakfast was bad. No butter?? Anyway overall strange place. I won’t be back

Location and service were good, especially a gentleman named Robert who’s worked for Cateau Versailles and Senshotel for over 30 years. He was exceptionally helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Room service and maintenance were great and immediate. Unfortunately no elevators for physically challenged visitors and continental breakfast was mediocre at best. We had a couple of cockroaches enter our room.
