員工非常的親切有禮貌，客房打掃也做得很好

這間酒店房間整潔係可以，但由於比較舊，冷氣唔夠冷，而且好大聲。地板步行會有聲。最重要係酒店附近無停車位，代客泊車收費每晚$40，太貴。洒店服務係好。

Très bien,on a passé un très bon séjour. L'hôtel est bien placé et le personnel très gentil.

On the positive side: the staff was wonderful, the hotel is ideally located and the bed very comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. What could be improved? The breakfast was very basic: a few pastries, cereals, bagels, hard boiled eggs and canned fruits. There is no elevators and require you to be able to climb steps, even to check-in. I could hear my neighbors talk but thankfully everyone was quiet during the night.

The place is dated and dirty. The tub and tile surround were gross, the walls were dirty and had scratch marks revealing the old red paint under the grey. The bed was lumpy and had voids/holes in it so sleeping was grossly uncomfortable. The room arrangement had no thought to guest need. We moved a bureau to access a plug to use the iron provided and the table top ironing board. There were no hooks in the bathroom and a 6 inch landing area along the mirror to perch items and clothes. Then there was the grinding humming noise of some air handler outside our room that went on and off every 10 minutes. Nowhere near the value for what they charged. I’m not even going to describe the breakfast. Too many other places around that I’m sure could do better with very little effort. Keep looking.

THERE WAS NO RETRO-FITTING OR UPDATING OF AC/HEAT IN ROOM AND IT WAS NOISY ALL NIGHT LONG. CARPET HAD NOTICEABLE STAINS. SOME DISREPAIR ON CEILING. REFRIGERATOR WAS MINIMAL TO NOT USEFUL AS DID NOT GET COLD ENOUGH. OUTLETS NOT WELL FITTED FOR CURRENT TECHNOLOGY NEEDS. POOR SPACE IN BATHROOM FOR TOILETRIES, ETC. CAR RETURNED DAMAGED FROM VALET OFF-SITE PARKING TO DRIVERS DOOR. I DON'T THINK IT WAS VALET THOUGH AM CERTAIN OFF SITE PARKING WAS TOO THIN TO REALLY ALLOW FOR OPENING OF DOORS. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. MAYBE EACH OF THE OLDER/VINTAGE HOTELS ARE LIKE THIS THROUGH MONTREAL.

It was a lovely building. I had to check out early as I could not manage the stairs and now working to unravel the charges. I was charged for seven nights and I only stayed three nights. Very difficult to handle.

Great location, short walk to Concordia, Fine Arts Museum & McGill. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Lovely bedding.

Rooms were beautiful and very clean. They staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful room at a competitive price in a legacy building. Room was cool on arrival (very cold outside) but warmed up quickly with included radiator. Steps from the Musee des beaux arts, just a couple blocks from business district. Will visit again!

Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Air conditioning in room was not great. Refrigerator in room kept overheating. They were nice enough to replace it with another one, but I think it’s the compartment it’s in. When I would leave the door open, it would cool off. I enjoyed my stay.

車止めがなく、駐車スペースも埋まっており、目の前の通りは交通量が多いため、到着時に車から荷物を下ろすのが大変だった。その際、荷物を持ってくれるスタッフはいない。施設内にはエレベーターがない。2階のフロントから3階の客室まで、階段を登り、建物を移動するために階段を降り、また登る。1人につき２つずつ大きな荷物があったため、本当に大変だった。エレベーターで客室まで簡単に行けないことがわかっていたら、今回は別のホテルを選んでいた。 建物が古いため、部屋の外の音や隣の部屋の音が聞こえるが、ベッドは広くて清潔。朝食は無料で、品数は少ないがおいしかった。荷物が多くなかったらこんなに低い評価にはならなかったが、今回は私達のニーズには残念ながらマッチしなかった。

This is a very nice hotel. We’ve stayed here on several occasions over a long period of years. It’s very well-located near the Guy-Concordia metro station, shopping, museums, restaurants, etc. The room was very clean and fairly well appointed, but there was a lack of electrical outlets, absolutely no night lighting to avoid whacking yourself on something in the middle of the night (I went to a dollar store and bought a night light, which I left behind), and room 221 is located right next to the reception desk. There is a door between the two places but staff had to be reminded constantly to close it after 10 pm. Do not stay in rooms 221 or 222.

Staff was very helpful and professional

The hotel feels a bit run down, but the staff were great -- very helpful and friendly. I started in a small room facing Sherbrooke, which was very loud. They moved me to a quieter room that felt a bit grim. Breakfast was minimal and just ok. Location is good.

This hotel is all about location. The room was clean and adequate, staff helpful and breakfast okay. The best thing was being able to walk to so many places, and being on a bus line and the Metro.

Very helpful and polite staff, and the hotel is very clean and lovely!
