這間酒店房間整潔係可以，但由於比較舊，冷氣唔夠冷，而且好大聲。地板步行會有聲。最重要係酒店附近無停車位，代客泊車收費每晚$40，太貴。洒店服務係好。

Nice hotel. Did have a small water leak from the bathroom ceiling and could hear all the footsteps above our room. Stayed in room 104 at street level.

The room was extremely tiny and the breakfast was very insufficient with no hot items. You expect better from a 4-star hotel. Service was nice as all staff members were responsive and welcoming.

Nice location, helpful staff and good atmosphere

Old hotel which definitely needs renovation. The carpet of the room was so dirty with lots of stains. Pillows needs to be changed. The breakfast was ok but same everyday with very few options. No elevator and if you are in the upper floor, you need to consider using stairs.

Beautiful suite, clean, stylish, warm and inviting. The staff, hotel and amenities are lovely.

It's a small, old hotel that would look much better with just a few improvements, like changing the carpets. The breakfast is TERRIBLE.

Hôtel bien situé mais très vieillissant. Nous avions 2 chambres. Une était ok mais l’autre nécessite une bonne révision (porte de salle de bain cassée, planche WC aussi, prise électrique cassée donc dangereux pour les enfants, moquette bien tachée, chauffage qui fait au moins 80db juste à côté de votre lit donc impossible de le laisser la nuit). J’ai demandé à la réception d’avoir au moins une réparation de la porte de la salle de bain pour ne pas y rester bloqué et la planche du wc pour ne pas tomber mais rien n’a été fait durant mon séjour. On voyait bien que ces casses n’étaient pas nouvelles mais n’étaient toujours pas réparées. Je mettrais 2* et non 3,5 comme sur l’annonce. A plus de 150€ la nuit, on s’attend à arriver dans une chambre en bon état. La fin de mon séjour au Canada a été un peu gâchée par ce manque de confort car je m’attendais à avoir une meilleure expérience dans l’hôtel. Attention, Pas d’ascenseur et une vingtaine de marches d’escaliers pour accéder à la réception et encore plus pour accéder aux chambres.

Very nice place, just need a little bit of undated, front desk employees very nice.

Hotel was very loud. Our room smelled like the exhaust from the sauna and was very humid. Toilet tank flooded the floor for two nights and staff was very attentive to get it fixed. Housekeeping staff came to door early - it’s a good thing we were already awake!

Everyone was wonderful and kind. They gave us a free upgrade to a Suite because it was our 40th Anniversary. The "Continental Breakfast" is great, much more substantial than normal.
