it was a very clean room and the staff was very friendly.

Nice & quiet, sleep is great.

Did not enjoy our stay.. not going back out next two trips in June

Nice hotel, the attached pub has good food. Pool was nice. Rooms were basic, but OK for the price. Check-in was a bit painful, even though I had already paid I needed a physical credit card to check in.

The bar closed at 10 the ceiling was falling apart in the room we were booked two adults and two children and only had 2 towels in the room no breakfast but the restaurant that opens at 7 seemed to be ok and prices were reasonable

I called at least 4 times to get a room rate for 10 rooms. The frontdesk said she would check with the manager and call back. Four times she never did so you lost the bookings. These bookings were attached to a venue in Sudbury that used to reccomend your hotel. They no longer do. The room was filthy with head oil stains on the headboard and the carpet smelled like dirty feet. The bed blanket was all freyed a nd looked like it was a king cut in half. The room chair had a huge stain on it as did the rug. We had asked for a room close to the elevater as my sister is disabled and she sent us to the last room at the end of the hall. We had to be .moved.when leaving the hotel there was a small lip on the walkway which is not up to code and my sister fell and broke her ankle. Needless to say we were not thrilled with your accommodation. We will decide if any further action will be taken from our lawyer s.

Clean room, great food at hotel restaurant

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hébergement. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel était accueillant, respectueux et toujours prêt à aider. Je recommande cet endroit pour un séjour confortable et sans souci.

I got scammed lost 2 nights i fully paid for because I checked in late you will never get my business again and make to tell other people.

It was a stay in a hotel .

Ok hotel. No hair dryer in the room. Called front desk and they don’t have any either. Very frustrating when you already have wet hair. The remote would not turn on the tv either. The bathtub looked dirty and could’ve used a good scrub.

Gym had good selection but the water was never filled, otherwise great stay

Overall good property.. the rooms shower had leak on roof.. and we picked this hotel because of the restaurant when checking in no one told us it was closed ever after talking to the front desk about going to the restaurant... it was disappointing.

Staff were friendly, but the rest of the experience fell short. The pool area was in rough shape, and the room barely had the basics.. one example: just two pillows and minimal bedding, with no extras available from front desk. Everything felt cheap and poorly maintained. The toilet paper holder was crooked, the tub caulking looked badly done, and the TV was extremely small….

Tell the guests that it takes 30 minutes to warm up the sauna before we read the sign beside the sauna. Warm up the pool and surrounding air temperature. Restaurant was nice, good food. There was a loud tv beside my room so i was moved no problem. Very nice Agent at the desk in the morning at 7:30

I am absolutely appalled at this hotel. The entire floor we were on smelled like smoke. Our key card didn’t work so we either had to leave.

The ceiling in the room had water spots, mud peeling and cracking. Small bathroom.

i was unable to speak to a supervisor or manager to resolve an issue, my request was refused.

Amazing staff! Book the renovated rooms, otherwise pretty old. 6th floor rooms are nice. Pool is usually my favorite part but t time it was very cold
