Room was so clean and large. We had to come in late from a travel delay and they stayed open for us which was so appreciated. Great spot if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

The location is unbeatable, just minutes from Okanagan Lake, local shops, and great restaurants. Everything is within easy reach, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The staff were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their hospitality made the stay feel welcoming and effortless.
The WiFi was fast and reliable, ideal for working remotely or streaming. The complimentary coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch and added to the overall comfort. Clean rooms, great service, excellent amenities, and a prime location , I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Coast Penticton to anyone visiting the area.

I had an excellent stay at Coast Penticton — an easy 5/5 experience. The location is perfect, close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The complimentary coffee and snacks were a great added touch. Overall, fantastic service, great amenities, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. It was centrally located for the purpose we were there for. The bed was comfortable for me, but too soft for my partner. We were in room 103. There was noise of a TV or talking that came from the room directly above us, and it went on until 5am+. I could hear it and I sleep with earplugs. Note the rooms are not very soundproof, as it is an older hotel which has been renovated.
The price was great for 1 night. If we were to stay for more than 1 night, we would look elsewhere.

The staff was very kind. The location is close to family which was nice. The beds are new, which was good. We would not stay again though. It is newly renovated but the attention to detail is severely lacking. We had expected with the coast name it would come with the quality that is in other hotels. Unfortunately it just isn’t there.
