Elevator was not working. Both elevators were out of service. Breakfast was not included.

Unfortunately, elevators were not operational, but the staff made sure to take care of us helping our bags up the stairs. They also comped our parking and breakfast in the morning as an apology. Great staff, great location, easily walkable to some beautiful areas would definitely go again.

Elevators were not working for our four night stay. Didn’t tell us until after we checked in. Room was on 7th floor. Not horrible but for the price, I expect a working elevator. Gave us one complimentary breakfast.

I received an email from reception the day before our stay that the elevators are out of order and we can cancel with no penalty. However, since the location was in the middle of our trip, I communicated with the reception that we rather not if they give us lower levels since we have a senior with us. Reception appreciated the prompt response from us, since we were the first to reply on the issue, and gave us the lowest floor room. I had booked a room with up to 6 people, since we were party of five. When we arrived, the agent reception wasn't welcoming that much and also I learned that parking was not included and since we had a Cargo box, we had to park on the parking lot cross the street, which as downtown everywhere is, was pricy. Also I can swear that I saw in Expedia breakfast was included. After going to the room, learned that it wasn't a room for 6 as well, also the room was facing a big construction site. Going back to the concerige again and talked to senior staff and he managed to rectify the breakfast issue and also provided a rolling bed delivered to the room. The washroom door, getting stuck all the time and our senior and youth couldn't come out every time so had to muscle it out everytime. Overall it was an okay experience from such hotel. Location is great to harbour anyway:)

Elevator was not working since July 30th and everyone had to do the stairs. No offer to carry luggage up and the staircase was hot. Pool closed Monday night due to an incident. Patio roof closed. Parking is very limited, we could not park at the hotel the first night and parked a block away for $48. Housekeepers were only doing your room if you asked as they had to carry everything up and down the stairs. Staff said the elevator has been an issue for a months but first time both were down. Construction across the street starts at 6am, cranes and loud banging. Not a good stay and won’t be back

Great location and helpful staff. Elevator issues caused headaches.

I thought I was getting a view of the water but instead just a building and construction.

le personnel et la propreté était correct mais les deux ascenseurs étaient hors d usage et ma chambre était au septième étage et vu ma condition physique j'ai du demeurer dans ma chambre pour la soirée,car ma sante ne me permetais pas de monter l escalier.

Hotel was clean, beautiful, and nicely furnished and decorated. One of two elevators were not working, so getting to the rooms was slow. Other than that, nice hotel!

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Construction across the street starts quite early so can be noisy in the morning. One of the elevators was broken resulting in longer waits. Proximity to the Waterfront is perfect.

We spent the majority of four days without elevator service turns out on the last day of our day we found out the walk out sliding glass door didn’t lock , which means anybody could’ve walked in at any point in time hotel needs a lot of TLC not quite worth the $500 a day

Perfect stay!

Both elevators broke down while my family (1.5 year old twins requiring a double stroller) and a 5 year old were staying on the 5th floor. We were either stuck upstairs and unable to enjoy the waterfront or we had to lug everything and everyone up 5 flights of stairs. On top, at 9:30pm after the kids were asleep a false fire alarm required everyone to evacuate. Via stairs. When bringing these concerns forward, the initial suggestion was to take $20 off of our $1000 bill. Couldn’t use the pool because of the elevator and our family couldn’t walk up and down any more stairs at that point.

Stayed in 4 hotels on our trip, and this was by far our favourite! Great location, great staff! Onsite food was limited, but tasty. Location is superb, and you have hundreds of walkable food options.

The place is great. Great location. Clean rooms. Great amenities. Pool , bar, hot tub , roof deck, restaurant. Only problem was having only one of the two elevators working. Then they both broke. All the staff were friendly and happy even the maintenance and house keeping folks.

Marriott Courtyard never disappoints!

Big room. Nice viewing deck on top floor. Employees were very friendly. Great location near the Waterfront. Only downside of our stay was the in room coffee which was terrible.

Hotel is located very conveniently to the dock board walk

Excellent location right on the harbour front. We enjoyed our time there.
