We asked for a higher level room the front disk lady was not even checking the availability and said sorry we dont have room in upper level. Which was annoying we have kids and wanted to have a good view of the city.

Clean, nicely located and appointed hotel. Second time staying there. Would stay again. Only issue this time around is that the curtains were not 100% blackout curtains if that is something you need to not be woken too early.

This hotel is clean, well maintained, smells really nice in the lobby and is located close to everything. You can walk to St. Catherine's street; really a block away from the Jazz Festival if that is what you are in town for. It is a couple of blocks from their convention centre, down the street from China Town and a short 10 - 12 minute walk from Old Montreal. The gym is nice, really well equipped and the pool was a good size with a nice hot tub. Inside the locker rooms there is a really nice eucalyptus sauna (for both men and women) very rare find for a hotel. They have a laundry room (the dryer was broken when we stay there unfortunately) but good to have for longer stays. They also have a really good coffee stall open till 1pm that you can pick up a quick breakfast and a good bar on site. I would book this again for any of my future trips to Montreal.

I lived in a room on the second floor, right next to heavy traffic. It was noisy 24-7. I couldn't sleep. The hotel staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, who insisted there was nothing they can do.

Amenities included a laundry room with a washer and dryer. As we were on a road trip, we looked forward to freshening up our clothes and using the laundry. The staff was unaware that the dryer was broken. The key card to the walk up garage pedestrian door did not work, the air conditioner in our room was consistently warm (the hallway had more airflow and was colder); we did not have enough towels (only 3 when we were 4 guests), the front desk staff did not seem to care that we brought up these issues, nor were these issues resolved during our stay.

We stayed for the weekend that time international jazz festival was going on we are so lucky our hotel was so close to everything restaurants, shopping malls just 5 to 10 mins walk from our hotel. Best location to stay in this hotel.

The bed height is several inches higher than the recommended height for a wheelchair accessible room. My spouse needed (my) help getting on the bed. She mentioned this to the woman at the front desk at checkout. The woman seemed indifferent and said, “Thanks for letting me know.” From previous experiences, this will not be taken seriously. If we stay at this location again, I will request that the bed frame be removed to allow my spouse to get on the bed at a proper height and without the need for assistance.
In addition, we had to request a shower chair for the roll in shower. There should have already been on in the bathroom.
