Terrible service, requested an extra bed at 6pm, didn't got it until after midnight after numerous calls to the front desk. Nobody assisted to set up the bed, ending up slept in the sofa!!!

Booking our Marriott (our regular hotel chain). We were made to feel almost unwelcome because we booked our stay thru Expedia! My husband is a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member - but I booked this trip thinking I would save us some on the cost…. Never again! We were NOT allowed a bottle of water, we were charged for parking in an outdoor , unplowed lot, and NOT offered any type of breakfast. Not ever booking travel for us again. Real disappointment- IF Mariott wants customers thru Expedia or other booking apps - they really need to treat them better.

The pool/hottub was full of men drinking alcohol. We couldn't get our early check in because of a room card issue. The man at the desk was slightly rude about it. The hotel room was clean and the lobby was clean. Mostly the stay was good.

Ordered my room with a jacuzzi suite & paid a lot for it. Didn’t end up getting the jacuzzi suite like I wanted, but still had to pay the exact same price for a room without one. They blamed Expedia for the issue and apparently it happened to multiple couples/people on Valentine’s Day.

room was very clean and updated the down sides to the the room way to hot at night the thermostat doesnt turn down to become cool when turned down . the wait times to check in was outragoues got there for 3 pm and didnt get through the line until 4:30 pm . the parking lot was so full there was no parking left no point in paying for parking when there was no space left on property . Another downside we were hit with a $35,00 food tax which is outragoues never been charged that before .

Clean comfortable hotel in a good location. Rooms are renovated with good wifi. Large parking lot BUT $28 is excessive! Lobby door is locked and requires your room key to get in which is very unusual. Overall a good property for your stay in the Falls.
