Staff is friendly. Let me check-in earlier. The location is convenient. The room is neat.

Terrible service, requested an extra bed at 6pm, didn't got it until after midnight after numerous calls to the front desk. Nobody assisted to set up the bed, ending up slept in the sofa!!!

Our room was very clean as well as any common areas in the hotel. Our check-in was quick and the lady that assisted us was courteous. We did not use the poolThe pool area looked very nice but we did not use the ppol

We were able to get an early check in which was great with the kids. Clean room, well maintained property with both indoor and outdoor pool. Really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are also recently updated. The expedia app shows them as a different older style room. Also close enough walk to Clifton Hills attractions

Good location and security. Room could have been cleaner and newer towels

Room was clean and newly renovated. Heck in was fast and staff were friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect with the WeGo bus stop right across the street.

Guests beware. Our truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot. Apparently there have been multiple vehicles stolen from their parking lot and they do not alert the guests.

I paies for the parking in the hôtel but a they from my véhicule happened no security so disappointing

Great location for our Niagara Falls stay of 2 nights. A lot of things nearby; Starbucks, Denny’s, Outback, etc. Because there wasn’t much of a falls view from this property, prices are more reasonable than at their sister property, the Marriott Fallsview. On the 9th floor we had a little view of the river and rising mist from the falls. Marriott Courtyard has never disappointed. Clean, comfortable stay.

I asked the girl at the front desk while I was checking in about using my AAA discount. In a very rude and unprofessioanal matter she said that she could not provide the discount because it had to be selected while making the reservation. There was no reason to make fun of my mistake, she did not have to laugh about it and she could have been more friendly to a customer that has been a Marriott BonVoy member for over 10 years. Very very unprofessional. I also know that no one is going to read this and do anything about it.

Good stay. Nice rooms, which were clean and well equipped. No issues at all!

Large comfortable room. A nice welcome on arrival and quick check-in. My room was by the elevators but I heard nothing.

A good place to stay in Niagara Falls especially if you have kids. Walking distance to the falls and all kind of kids’ attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful.
