Very clean and very nice staff. Good breakfast but it was expensive and not included.

Highly maintain property one is the best I’ve ever stayed at.

not in front of a busy street

This is on me but was really trying to spoil myself with a stopping Cornwall on my way to Montreal instead of just pulling an all-nighter and check in at 11:30 at night. Ready to hit the hay and there's a music festival going on all right. That's cool. Surely it'll end at midnight but we chose this Hotel because they had a strict known noise policy. No shenanigans after 11:00 p.m. but you know to summer let's enjoy life. But music went on until 1:30 in the morning. Could not sleep. There was 60 decibel reading in my room on the 6th floor and no one warned me about it or asked if I would like to know about it. Both on the hotels.com portion of this and the hotel itself do not mention it.

Everything was great except we did not appreciate the distance we had to walk to arrive at our room way to far for me. The cleaning lady said they where only allowed to put one face cloth in a room. Which is ridicules. She was very nice and gave us face cloths and apologized. We did love how quiet it was at nigh. info in the room about the complex and where everything was would have been helpful. All in all we did enjoy the Dev/hotel.

Staff was very helpful. I lucked out as I got a great deal. The room was small but efficient. Needed repairs to closet doors.

Clean, quiet place with beautiful gardens

Clean friendly and safe. Excellent for families. Be sure about the rooms though they are small.

The hotel was a great value and very clean and well maintained. Our only issues were with the restaurant. The food was good.....once we got it. It took 1 1/2 hours to be served. The servers were embarrassed and very apologetic, but the kitchen seems to be poorly managed. True, it was busy, but a well run restaurant should be able to handle that. I would stay again, for sure, but make different dinner plans!

Nice trip , perfect weekend

The building layout was extremely odd and confusing. Our room was very small, making it difficult to get around in, especially for an older couple like us. Our tv just stopped working after a couple hours. And the expensive buffet dinner was definitely not worth the money. All in all, it was disappointing and not what we expected, but we got a nights sleep and a shower.

I was hesitant to write this review. The hotel is great and the facilities are lovely. The staff were very welcoming. The room was small but well designed. The bathroom a bit too small for my liking. However, we had a terrible stay. That being said, I still rated the hotel 4 stars because the staff did what they could to help us and were very apologetic. The hotel was overrun by kid's sport teams. Kids running up and down the halls yelling and screaming. Once group ran down our hall knocking and banging on doors and running away, I tried calling the front desk, but did not get any answer, so had to get dressed at 9:30 pm (I was in bed after a long drive) to go to the front desk. They were very apologetic and promised to get security to check on things. The screaming and shouting continued. I went back to the lobby 2 more times to get the security guard, but by the time he came to my hallway the kids had moved to other areas of the hotel. This continued until just after 11pm and then started again (for a short time) at 6:30 am. Where were the parents!? The hotel is obviously aware of the problem as they even have a sign posted with rules for these groups! I feel bad for the staff, as there was not much they could do. The staff were very apologetic and did offer us a discounted brunch as compensation. I would be hesitant to stay there again after this experience. The place is set up to be very professional, but having so many kids there ruined that

This place is huge. Lots of outdoor spaces, two restaurants. Food was good. Rooms are a little small but very clean. All good for the price.

The room (standard Queen) was clean and comfortable but a bit small. The building in general showed its age with our room in need of minor repairs and the facility experienced several leaks during a significant rain even while we were there. Servicing of the rooms was a bit hit a miss. The two restaurants on site we very good and the staff there did an outstanding job. The location was fantastic as it is right across the road form the St. Lawrence river with access to the waterfront trial immediately across the road. I would rate this hotel as 3 star at best.

Nice place to stay in Cornwall, very nice pool

Rooms are nothing what they look like on their website. They look like old college dorms no pictures on the walls and not even enough room to turn around in. Bathroom is only good thing about it,
