The location is great, at the back side of the BC legislation building. Step away from Victoria inner harbor. The room was clean. Morning breakfast area was well maintained. The hotel has a nice elevated garden on the front of property, deers live there.

We knew they were in the middle of a renovation, so expected some disarray. They kept the noise/mess to a minimum. The breakfast was great, staff was great.
We weren't aware they had a $20 per night parking fee-
just a cash grab in my opinion.
