This is a great hotel to stay and visit Ottawa, as long as you have a car to drive to the attractions. You can drive to the beaches which isn’t too far or attend Winterfest activities. The staff is really nice and welcoming. My only negative is that the hotel’s pool has been out of order for more than a year.

Efficient check-in. Clean hotel. Convenient paid-for parking.
Room was clean and comfortable with black out blinds that work. Full sized fridge provided with coffee making equipment (didn’t use).
Only comment I have is people making noise at 2.30am in the corridor. I was next to the cleaner’s room and lift lobby but only heard noise in the mid-afternoon when they finished.
We purposefully visited the Art Gallery and History Museum so the location was great for us; 15 min walk across the river to the City Centre. Easy to get to by car.

I wasn’t comfortable about the no air conditioning in the lobby/restaurant. Disappointed about the swimming pool not being open. Apparently, it hasn’t been open since Covid. The food & service in the restaurant was great! Well maintained & peaceful. Good Luck!

Très bien, mais maintenant pour ce prix on devrait avoir accès à une piscine ou un spa et le café est dégueulasse dans la chambre. Une machine Kurig ou Nespresso est vraiment un minimum maintenant.

Great spot when we traveled to Ottawa from Buffalo. Food was delicious and the bartender was super funny! Pillows were super flat and could've used a little more cushion. Our waitress we had in the morning for breakfast was kinda bossy and funneling everyone into a back corner. But other than that it was a great clean and nice stay!

the hotel was conveniently located however the restaurant was super slow and not equipped to serve a full dining room took two hours for dinner … Parking is scarce not enough spots for the amount of rooms and if you leave you could come back to a full lot and no place to park

Overall a good stay and great value with
They were a great value for the Tulip Festival and our room had a great view of the parliament buildings across the river.
However, they were understaffed and our rollaway bed was not delivered until nearly midnight.
