Good hotel and very clean. I did not see a pool but also did not go looking for one. Parking is crazy expensive here at $45 per night. The price that I paid for the hotel room per night is very expensive already so you would hope parking would be included - but it is not.

I stayed here on very short notice due to flight cancellation. The staff were kind and helpful. The room and facilities are economy basic, but fine. I had to leave at 6 Am to catch and early flight so did not eat the breakfast.

Room had a little smell to it but nothing overpowering. No safe in room and the elevators was a little loud.

Nice quiet stay in this spotless hotel. Comfy bed. Breakfast leaves much to be desired--tiny apples and bananas the only fresh fruit. Yogurt laden with sugar. Decaf coffee not tasty. You can do better.

My only complaint is the lack of cream for my coffee (coffeemate is vile, please put out some actual dairy products. And no bacon for breakfast.

Staff was all pleasant, room looked updated and spacious. Good variety at morning breakfast.

The room was great and a good location for everywhere! The staff were super friendly and room was very clean. The breakfast was slight disappointing as it was the same every day and 90% of it was sweet items although everything they served was great it just lacked variety

Absolutely would recommend if you want to be in this part of Toronto. Lots of places to eat and get groceries. Room has microwave and fridge. The water pressure is terrible. Non smoking floor but could smell smoke in the bathroom fan from another room (assuming). Room is dark. Even with lamps it just is very dim light. However bed is huge and comfortable. Great layout. Big bathroom. Desk and couch with side table all really useful for my business trip. Printer in the lobby for use and the buffet breakfast is lovely. Hotel is bright and modern and I would stay again.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Had a great weekend.

Maybe it’s just the country we are staying in and the attitude is the same wherever we stay but no staff are happy, no staff are customer friendly and the little things that people like when away from home are non existent. An example being that when the weather was very wet one day we asked if we could borrow an umbrella and we were told that we could buy one but they had none to borrow.

Localização excelente, hotel ótimo para descansar depois de passear pela cidade e um café da manhã incrível para começar bem o dia. Adorei!

Everything was good at this Hotel.

BIGGEST PARKING SCAM. Even though you’re staying at the hotel, parking is 45$ A DAY. next door parking is 20$ but you don’t know until you arrive at the desk. Breakfast wasn’t ideal. The eggs, sausages and waffles tasted like carton and staff was rude to other guests. Honestly can do better in the area.

breakfast was okay, typical hôtel breakfast. the rooms were nice and clean and they had plenty of towels, soap et lotion. i have nothing bad to say!

I stayed for one night at this location and I have no complaints. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, onsite parking was easy to navigate. Complimentary breakfast was standard but good! The room was on the smaller side but as it was just myself for the one night this was not a big deal for me. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in this area. I think the 2.5 stars it says the hotel is rated is strictly because of the area it is in, not because of the actual hotel quality.

The whole place was excellent. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

Great room, nice and clean. Breakfast has few selections and isn’t all that great. Have stayed here often but would count myself out of the breakfast.

Lovely time for our second stay in 5 months! We won’t hesitate to return in the future. Perfect location to explore downtown but removed enough from the busy core to rest & relax during our downtime.
