Clean room, staff were kind and respectful. Breakfast was a lovely addition.

Good breakfast menu. Undergoing some small renovations but noise level in day was okay and nice and quite at night. Fifteen minute walk to downtown-metro/subway nearby. Bus stop at front. Good breakfast- hot water. Reasonable rates. ❤️

Great staff and good breakfast service but the only 2 things that i would encourage to improve was the cleanliness and parking, I found hair in the toilet and the parking option was horrible but overall good service

The staff at Hotel Robervale are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is a nice addition. The hotel is close to Berri/UQAM metro and other public transportation. The area around the hotel can be a little much at times.

Great place considering the location, cleanliness, breakfast, internet speed and price.

Friendly and attentive staff. Room was simple, but spacious and clean. It's an older apartment renovated and converted to a hotel. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was nice to have a fridge, microwave, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. available. Breakfast was a lot better than expected--croissants, Montreal-style bagels, boiled eggs, fruit etc. Metro stop is conveniently less than a 5 minute walk away. Parking garage ramp is steep and narrow, but if you drive carefully it's not so bad. Parking was $25 per night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

An affortable and clean stay. Don't really understand the strickly enforced 4pm late checkin time when they obviously have extra rooms available in the middle of winter. Hotel itself is dated and hallways are noisy as it is tile flooring.

Room was clean but vibe is off in this hotel. It is a bit of a maze getting to your room. Checkin time is strickly enforced which I don't see in other hotels I visit in Montreal.

Large, clean room. Arrived very early, but was able use their luggage storage. Good location. Airport bus stop was right out front, in addition to a Metro station just a short walk away.

Malheureusement nous devions séjourner à l’hôtel pour une opération au CHUM et l’opération a été remis à une date ultérieure en avril. Nous avons communiqué avec l’hôtel pour demander un remboursement ou de remettre la réservation à la nouvelle date d’opération mais malheureusement quand nous avons téléphoné à l’hôtel ils nous on référé à Expédia et Expédia nous référait à l’hôtel après plusieurs messages restés sans réponse nous avons reçu un courriel pour nous dire qu’ils refusaient de rembourser ou de modifier la date de la réservation. Nous avons fait la demande plus de 24h à l’avance. Donc si vous êtes un patient du CHUM ne réservez pas à cette hôtel.
