Room was outdated but the staff was nice and warm. I wish it had usb ports like most room have nowadays. But overall a great location, free parking and breakfast was ok.

Yes, the room was great & spotless, staff very courteous. Continental breakast was quite good: coffee, tea, juice, breads, bagels, muffins, cereals, very good Boston style pork & beans!. The pool was especially nice and I had it all to myself!
It's quite close to the bus into Québec City.
It's a pet friendly hotel and we heard a few seconds of barking, but overall it was a quiet and wonderful stay. 2 close-by affordable restaurants and bakeries nearby, and drugstore nearby. Seemed like a nice area, felt safe walking.

We had some essential issues with the plumbing with the first room, they were quick to give us another one, which also had some issues but were more cosemetic than essential(lighting). We decided not to bother them with the second room issues.

Hotel para pessoas não muito exigentes. Chegamos a inspecionar para ver se não haviam percevejos, pois o cheiro não era dos melhores. Aquecimento não poderia ser regulado, não funcionava. Ok para um ou dois dias no máximo.
