Hotel en général; Bien. Beau rapport qualité/prix. Tu paye pas cher, mais tu ne paye pas pour rien ne plus. J’y retournerais.
Accueil: Staff de l’accueil agréable, polyglotte, efficace. Okay, la décor est vieillot et les tapis sont usés, mais c’est pas crade.
Chambre double avec portes françaises médianes. Chambre propre. Plancher flottant. Température agréable. Air climatisé présente (non utilisé; avril). Mobilité vieillot mais solide. Matelas confortable. Rideau opaque. Eau chaude (très chaude) rapide. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain… Insonorisation adéquate: on entend à l’étouffer les voisins de chambres (on peut entendre quelqu’un ronfler) mais sans entendre distinctement leur conversation. Idem pour le corridor ou le stationnement.
Déjeuner: Au sous-sol. Continental. Salle pouvant contenir au 40taine de personnes. Aliments avec variété adéquate et matériel en quantité suffisante: bagel, muffin, croissant, 3 cafetière, 4jus, céréale, fruit, 2toaster. 2 staff présents pour le remplissage et le nettoyage.
Piscine intérieur située au sous-sol. Propre en soit et de température adéquate. Marche progressive en plus des échelles pour faciliter la descente. Bris de la rampe d’accès relevé et signalé. Chaises longues et chaises droites disponibles. Vestiaires hommes, femmes séparés avec chacun une 15zaine de petit locker. Indication pour se rendre à la piscine pourrait être amélioré, c’est un peu un labyrinthe en bas.

The hotel stay was average overall. The room size was decent and the location was convenient, but there were a few areas that really need improvement.
The beds were quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was another letdown—it was supposed to be available until a certain time, but many items were gone at least 30 minutes before that, and the overall quality wasn’t great. It felt rushed and poorly managed.
While the basics were covered, the comfort and service didn’t quite meet expectations. With a few adjustments—especially around bed comfort and breakfast management—this could be a much better experience.

Dans l'ensemble c'est bien. Le personnel est correct. Le petit déjeuner satisfaisant. La chambre par contre on voit qu'il a eu des rénovations et que la finition a été mal fait. Le lit est trop mou a mon goût .

The rooms are very nice. Nice and big. The guy at front desk was very very very rude. We were "bothering" him. All other staff were very inviting and pleasant. Sir!, you are in the wrong position! You need to get away from people! Hows about you switch places with one of the cleaners!!!
