Beautiful location with one of the more stunning views for al fresco dining you'll ever experience. Restaurant does a great job. Staff is friendly. Rooms and hallways need a refresh. No AC rooms, but ceiling fan helped. No TVs in rooms or USB ports. A small, windowless TV lounge is available. Ice machine was leaking all over carpet on lower floor. Enjoyed my stay but the place is a little rough around the edges for the price.

Très bel hôtel situé dans un superbe cadre.
Personnel accueillant et souriant ( comme partout au Canada) . Suite erreur ( tant mieux) on a été surclassé avec petite chambre vue sur lac. Menu carte sympathique. Déjeuners très copieux . Très bel espace SPA extérieur . Belles randos à proximité. Un très bon souvenir.

L’hôtel est resté figé dans les années 1990.
Tapis partout ( incluant dans la salle de bain) avec taches. Demande à plusieurs reprises ; chaises pour balcon ; ait dû allé les chercher dans une chambre vide avec femme de ménage. Le restaurant est trop cher pour ce que c’est ( quinoa pas cuit ).
Déjeuner à 50$ / personne 😮
Réservation avec expédia semble les rendent perplexes ( pas accès aux bains )
Aucune embarcation prête. Chambre sans télévision. Village très loin ; aucune boutique pour achat de chasse moustique ou tylenol. Accès à la plage très difficile ! Quoi que très belle.
Nous avions l’impression d’être dans une colonie de vacances à un prix d’hôtel de luxe. Balcon pourri et toit qui coule. Un endroit qui manque clairement d’amour.
Point positif ;
La terrasse du bar est magnifique et le personnel est gentil.

The hotel is in it to make money, and they keep certain things concealed until you agree to buy. Beware, i got a resort fee of $19/ person per night (frais de vilegiature) on my credit card 3 weeks after i stayed, and this was after i asked for a printed receipt upon checkout. I will not be returning

Shower for the indoor pool is broken and only has very hot water. Carpets in main hallways are worn down and sometimes not fully glued down. The included 15% gratuity on restaurant and bar items seems to be taxed too.

The hotel is understaffed resulting in poor service - and common areas as well as the rooms are outdated and in desperate need of modernization. The lobby could be great , but why is the fireplace not working? Same at the spa , why was the fire pit area not functioning/ in use? The entire experience is so underwhelming that we would not consider returning- unless there is a change in management and vision for the better.

Grande déception! Chambre basique, salle de bain à rénover d’urgence. Baignoire glissante. Impossible de profiter des activités payantes (très chères), monopolisées par des groupes. Repas du soir ok mais servis tièdes. Petits déjeuners de piètre qualité (à 35 dollars hors taxe et service / personne). Les espaces communs sans charme. Plusieurs membres du personnel mal formés (incapables de donner des informations sur les activités, chambres chargées deux fois (mais erreur corrigée le lendemain). Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
Les points positifs : site enchanteur et vaste; pistes de randonnées /raquettes de difficultés et longueurs variées, bien entretenues et signalées et permettant de découvrir le très bel environnement.
