We love the smaller boutique hotels and this was perfect for us. Great location, a short walk to many of places we wanted to explore. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for us but I could see it being a problem for others that we sometimes travel with. I look forward to returning next summer!

Stayed in a superior room with king bed for four nights in early August 2026. Communication in advance was responsive and clear. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. I appreciated the small sunken living room to spread out. Either the ceiling is thin or the upstairs guests loved stomping because we heard every step. Morning continental breakfast was very good, though some additional fresh fruit would be appreciated. (So was the umbrella in the closet which was used several times!) Location was good, and we ended up using the alley access to come and go rather than going upstairs and back down through the hotel. It's just a couple blocks to the main street with restaurants and shops, and about 10-15 minutes to the Dufferin Terrace or steps to the lower town. Housekeeping was every other day, but the uncarpeted floors do need better sweeping/vacuuming. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially with tips on a ride to the airport. Overall a very positive experience!

We love the smaller boutique hotels and this was perfect for us. Great location, a short walk to many of places we wanted to explore. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was cute and quaint. We walked everywhere and had fun wandering the park that was across the street and watching the horse drawn carriages come into the barn.
We had happy hour one night and sat upstairs on the roof top terrace and watched the sunset. The guests who stayed in the hotel were friendly and had great tips on what sights to see and where to eat.

Great location in Old Quebec City. It was a little crazy getting to the place during the music festival but the very nice woman working the desk was so helpful and us all situated in the room and where to park our car.

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many tourist sites and restaurants in Old Quebec. Off site Parking Garage is a 5 minute walk away. The morning breakfast is fresh and tasty, including eggs, yoghurt, fruit, toast, and fresh croissants. The tea and coffee bar are always available. A comfortable outdoor terrace with chairs and tables are available for guests. The staff is friendly and gave some good tips on places to visit within and outside the city. Overall a well located boutique hotel in Old Quebec.

Warm welcome from Fara. She helped us with parking, our luggage and gave great suggestions for restaurants. Our room was perfect for 2 of us. Clean and had everything we needed. All of the sites were easily accessible. We loved walking but could be challenging for anyone who can't handle hills and the cobblestone roads. The music festival was a bonus for us. We walked across the street to watch the musicians. The parking is tricky. We didn't need our car during our stay. Many rules on the streets on where to park. Difficult to understand. Overall, we stay was great. We hope to bring the rest of the family back with us.

Beautiful property in lovely location which was close to city and right by park.
Well appointed rooms but note that you do not get room serviced daily so need to make own bed etc.
Not suitable if you have walking difficulties as steep stairs and no lift, there are ground floor rooms but others are on higher floors.
Staff very helpful and pleasant.
