Older establishment, but kept well, clean. Difficult lock to enter. Surprised at parking fees! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was unimpressive.

J’ai passé un bon séjour, motel bien situé à 12 minutes à pied des chutes. Il y a différentes activités non loin comme la skylon tower la grande roue… Personnel accueillant, chambre convenable propre avec micros ondes, petit réfrigérateur et télé. Parking payant par nuitée.

It was not a good experience!…

It’s was an only ok experience! The reason I booked this hotel was because the location and ‘cause the breakfast “included” … Location 8/10 Breakfast 0/10 Cleanest 3/10 They offer free breakfast but it’s not true ! We went at 9am and coffee maker was broken and they mentioned that they run out of coffee 😂🤣😂 … we went back again at the office at 9:05 and it was closed 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 We went back at 10am and nothing was prepared, I booked 2 rooms and I paid technically for the “breakfast” but we did not get anything… layer on we were leaving and the guy at the office said .. I can prepare your “doggy bag with you breakfast” …. But he said give me some time etc… ridiculous! I mean they offer breakfast and it was my reservation point to book it a hotel with breakfast included… so not anymore at this hotel … Also ✖️ Floor was really, really dirty … ✖️ Very strong odours… I’m not sure if it was part of some chemicals that they use for bed bugs, insects, etc … I wake up next day with a headache 😵‍💫 but the bed sheets were clean. P.s. if you are a noise freak 🙈 don’t stay here ‘cause we can hear the noise from upstairs and the rooms both sides 😵‍💫

Room was very nice and clean, had a fridge and microwave and a good TV. The outside was poorly maintained, unlike the inside of the rooms which were modern. Staff were accommodating and gave us an extra hour to check out.

This is the most budget friendly place that we've come across in Niagara Falls so far. It's convenient and very close to quite a few restaurants. Clifton Hill is walking distance. For the price don't expect luxury accommodation but the room is comfortable and clean. (We've stayed twice already). The staff are friendly. Visually it could use an upgrade but that's just aesthitically speaking. We've never encountered any issues thus far.

Staff are great. Thoughtful and kind. Location is close to all the fun and loads of food options! Rooms are spacious albeit a bit ruff. It was clean It can be noisy late at night because of location but it’s not awful. I would stay again.

This place was so gross we walked in and walked out!! The bathtub was so bad I thought I might catch something if I used it.. stayed in the room about 5 mins and then refused to stay there…the beds were horrible too!! So gross.. and they refused to give me back any money except for the $10 parking fee!!

The place is decent. It’s just noisy outside, especially at night.

It is old motel, but room was big and clean. Bed was very comfy, bathroom is clean with bath tub. Room had a table and a lot of space for 2 of us.
