A hotel with lots of historical background. Apart from the hotel, Old Town is full of historical vibes. Certainly an amazing experience with the hotel staff’s help, everything is just perfect apart from the freezing weather outside

Spacious, well equipped room, centrally located, just next to King metro station, hospitable staff. Perfect stay! Will return for sure!

Stayed in historic block, pretty old decor, bed linen was stained. Noisy drunken crowds slamming on doors for 30 mins after 3am. Stains on the bedsheet. Didn’t feel like 4 stars at all

Excellent location within steps of the King subway station. There are eateries, coffee shops, shoppers galore everywhere. A truly great hotel that offers everything.

Excellent location in the heart of old town . Staff was very friendly , coffee bar was amazing. Lots of restaurants and shopping . Access to the PATH right in the lobby . Hotel and amenities were a little dated they could use a facelift but the room View and layout were great , we had a suite in the tower which came in handy with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Store rom, men rommene i den «historiske fløyen» er slitne og skulle vært renovert for lenge siden. Da jeg gikk inn på badet fikk jeg flashback av engelsk hotellstandards. Veldig lyrt mellom veggene. Er en skam at hotellet på sine nettsider skriver at dette er et luksuriøst hotell. Finnes mange hoteller i Toronto til samme pris med høyere standard

The check-in process was easy. The staff were amazing. Guest services texted daily and was very responsive. They even provided laundry detergent and a shaving kit free of charge once requested. The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as expected. I would recommend. It’s downtown and there are a lot of places within walking distance. The only issue I have (which this is not on the hotel) is that because it is downtown, if you want to explore, you will always have to pay for parking and it is a nightmare. But, the hotel does offer valet. 10/10 for this place and their staff! Would stay again.

Small and very overpriced room, very dark. No response from staff. Half the time housekeeping skipped us for the day. Walls are paper thin, dog barking next door. Tiny bathroom. Discovered we had paid more than double. Nope, not again. Outrageous parking.
