The hotel and service was great and the happy hour lounge was awesome during the day. It is so convenient for staying downtown and going to sporting events as the subway is right outside of the hotel or an easy walk.

A hotel with lots of historical background. Apart from the hotel, Old Town is full of historical vibes. Certainly an amazing experience with the hotel staff’s help, everything is just perfect apart from the freezing weather outside

Hotel is quite run down. Lobby area is nice enough, but the room and upper floor hallways are not in good condition at all. Lots of damage in the room (bathroom vent that was too small for the roughly cut hole, leaving big gaps on two sides, stains everywhere - it was not nice) and the hallways. Quite disappointing. The same room service tray with rotting food was left discarded in the hallway for all three days of our stay. Staff was nice, but I wouldn't stay here again.

My wife and I took a trip to Toronto for our anniversary. We truly enjoyed our time at this hotel. We participated in happy hour nightly. The bar staff were awesome. The staff were also positive and attentive to our needs. I’d definitely stay here again.
