I have stayed at the Pinnacle Hotel a few times now and it has been consistent everytime. Clean, incredible service and such a wonderful location to experience the beauty of the harbour. While there are many great places to experience great food in the area, the Pinnacle has a fresh and delicious menu that does not dissappoint. I cannot say it enough - exceptional service from check-in to check-out from ALL at the Pinnacle. Don't forget to enjoy the fitness center, pool and sauna or simply relax in the sun on the patio I am looking forward to my next stay

The entire staff of Hotel and restaurant were great and extremely friendly. The food at the restaurant was also very enjoyable for break, lunch and supper.

Room was clean, but again for my last two visits, people who had ordered room service and the put their food tray in the hallway. It was not picked up for over a day. Sorta gross.

Room was fine, the shower was a bit touchy. Shower temperature was difficult to control and would change without manually adjusting it.
Ordered room service, food arrived pretty quickly and hot, but the glass they delivered was dirty.
