I had a great stay, and the room was great for the night. King size bed, spacious bathroom. I was supposed to get moutain views but instead had the main road. It didn't matter too much to me since I was there for a night. It was still a nice view on the street side. Not noisy at all, too. It was a last-minute book as I had a change in plans. I needed to leave from Vancouver DT harbour the following day, and the Pinnacle was an easy location without the high-cost of DT hotelling. I enjoyed the 30-minute ferry boat ride to North Van from DT. Room service meal was great and prompt that evening. I had a free breakfast voucher, which was nice. I wasn't too impressed with the egg bennie but the pancakes was good. Aside from that, everything was great!

This was about my 6th time staying at the Pinnacle. The staff are great. The hotel is very clean. The restaurant has good food. It’s a quiet area & very walkable. The Sea Bus is an easy 10 min walk. Loads of choices of places to eat. This was the first time I had my 80 lb dog with me…he was as welcomed as I was.

Welcoming staff, atmosphere and beautiful clean spacious room. Used the hot tub. Parking was expensive, thought it was free with stay. Perfect location to get to the ferry terminal in the morning.
