第二次入住，在湖邊放鬆，這次看到紅色的極光

the environment and facilities are so good here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. but the construction site will be a little annoying when you stayed at the balcony and outdoor.

Great views over lake & mountains, room clean & comfortable. Has got a restaurant, on arrival at about 6pm we were told there were no tables available, location is about 6km out of Jasper & there is nothing else nearby, reception staff were not particularly helpful, there is no separate bar, having driven all day we had no option other than to drive into Jasper. We did have breakfast & evening meal in restaurant the following day, staff & food were good. On last day we were told there was no breakfast as restaurant was closed. However that morning there was a large coach party that the restaurant was open for giving them breakfast. We paid a lot of money to stay, not impressed as clearly breakfast was available, only not for us. I did complain.

Excelente ubicación

This is a great alpine retreat with great views of the mountains and Pyramid Lake. Rooms are rustic and well maintained. Outside seating is private. Staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. Restaurant is top notch. Wait staff are welcoming and professional.

Pricey but the view was beautiful, the staff was good. We though we were going to get a private hot tub, but got a bathtub instead.called front desk, they said they dont have rooms with hot tubs, but Expedia charged us an extra $50 for a room with a hot tub. Aalto restaurant was good, wine was pricey.

The only down side was they were servicing the hot tub while we were there so we couldn’t use it.

Great location! The beds are a bit uncomfortable and the layout of the room is kinda odd. The road up to the rooms are really bumpy and has big potholes.

Beautiful room and view. The personal fit pit on the deck was an incredible surprise! Spent a lot of time relaxing and reading by firelight. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. The floor had footprints all over, the fridge had leftovers from previous guests, and the shower was a bit dirty. Not dealbreakers, but a bit disappointing.

Prima kamer met schitterend uitzicht over het meer en lekker rustig, fijn ook dat de kamer een balkon heeft. Voor sommige kamers op de benedenverdieping moet je met bagage de trap af wat lastig kan zijn. Gratis warme dranken te halen bij de receptie, fijn om bij het kampvuur op te drinken of op de steiger bij het meer. Jasper is op een korte autorit (5-10min) afstand.

Outstanding location and accommodation! Beautiful scenery and surroundings. Definitely a place to consider staying for your mountain adventures!

Lots of great trails! Views were excellent. Rooms were clean.

Overall, the property and the room was very clean and nice although when we got there, we were told we would be charged an extra $20 a day because we booked through Expedia and the hot tub wasn’t working so we couldn’t use the hot tub apparently that $20 a day was for amenities so upon checkout, I asked if we could just have an explanation of why we were charged that the person there didn’t typically work there so he took my email address and said someone will get back to you and explain what the charges were for no one ever emailed me back and they just continued to charge my credit card. The property is beautiful. The room was clean. I was happy with the room.

The lake view, mountain views, walk to the island was fantastic. Great staff and room.
