We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again

There are no full-time staff on the front desk. Someone arrives to check people in at 3 pm and then leaves after a couple of hours. A notice is posted on the front door indicating that if you have a problem with your key, you should call a local number for help. I woke up to something sticking in me in my bed and discovered it was a really sharp wood screw. There was no one, at the front desk to complain to, but the catering coordinator took my name and room number and told me to see the manager when he returned that evening. I did, and the manager accused me of putting the screw in my bed! I went upstairs to my room to discover that the sheets on one bed were on the floor and the other was poorly made up. The bathroom had also not been cleaned. I had the manager come up and see for himself. He had a maid and a maintenance person bring the room back into order and he finally agreed to refund me only $25. Since I had paid for the room on line he said he would pay Expedia and my refund would come from them. After two days home, I still hadn't received my refund so Expedia had to call the manager and get him to pay what he said he had already done. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not!

Honestly I am giving this a 5 star as me and my boyfriend ended up booking this very last minute like hours before. We were at Sabule beach and wanted to stay the night this was only 20mins away and it was perfect! The rooms were very clean and I checked everywhere! The staff we nice at check in and very informative! Parking and breakfast was included! Breakfast but good for hotel breakfast!! Overall, 10/10 for a place to stay in the area!

Great little hotel in Southampton. Staff are always friendly. Clean and well priced.

Room was clean and spacious with microwave, fridge, and desk for me to work. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was stalked with shampoo and lotion. I got to breakfast at 7 AM, there was very little left, croissants were stale and coffee was cold.

Our room was spotless and modern. Tv was easy to use, shower was excellent. Breakfast included was hot and fresh . Will use the facility again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD FAITH. I booked a room by accident at 7:00 PM tonight. Within 10 minutes of realizing the error (Itinerary # 72069035164533), I contacted both the hotel and Expedia to cancel. This was not a minor inconvenience, I was urgently seeking immediate shelter during a severe snowstorm, and the hotel was 40 minutes in the wrong direction with hazardous driving conditions. Despite the instant cancellation request and the life safety urgency, management unjustly and cold-heartedly refused the refund. At 9:00 PM, I was unable to reach the hotel for shelter, yet they kept my money. Basic human decency and customer safety is not valued here. I demand an IMMEDIATE, FULL REFUND. Avoid this place if you expect any integrity or consideration.

This was a lovely property. Room was great, friendly staff and convenient.

Staff was very helpful and courteous upon check-in. Room was very clean with all the amenities we needed. Loved the unique bubble gum machine on the first floor. Lovely Christmas tree in the lobby was set up and the coffee bar was festive as well. Plenty of parking.
