Staff was very helpful and courteous upon check-in. Room was very clean with all the amenities we needed. Loved the unique bubble gum machine on the first floor. Lovely Christmas tree in the lobby was set up and the coffee bar was festive as well. Plenty of parking.

was really impressed the room was spotless and the staff very friendly. One thing that has nothing to do with the rooms. The entrance off of Hwy 21 into the building should be better marked very hard to see at night.
Overall our stay was excellent. thank you.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD FAITH. I booked a room by accident at 7:00 PM tonight. Within 10 minutes of realizing the error (Itinerary # 72069035164533), I contacted both the hotel and Expedia to cancel.
This was not a minor inconvenience, I was urgently seeking immediate shelter during a severe snowstorm, and the hotel was 40 minutes in the wrong direction with hazardous driving conditions.
Despite the instant cancellation request and the life safety urgency, management unjustly and cold-heartedly refused the refund. At 9:00 PM, I was unable to reach the hotel for shelter, yet they kept my money.
Basic human decency and customer safety is not valued here. I demand an IMMEDIATE, FULL REFUND. Avoid this place if you expect any integrity or consideration.

The facility was clean. The staff was somewhat welcoming. They would not give me a printed receipt for my stay but promised to email my receipt. They never emailed my receipt to me as promised. Breakfast was ok. My room charges were $.60 more than the quoted rate.

For the price I would have expected at least a couple bottles of water in the room, or even a couple when asked for at the front desk. Travellers do not usually want to use tap water… you had coffee in the room, you should have supplied water for it.
