I was able to get an early check in and a room upgrade. The room had a phenomenal view of the harbour. It was clean, spacious and beautiful.
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I loved having a cafe downstairs. Everything i wanted to do was within walking distance.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were kind, helpful, and very responsive to all our requests. The property has been nicely renovated and is well maintained. Its downtown location is convenient for business trips and offers easy access to public transportation.
However, due to its central location, it was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights after 11:00 p.m., with people talking loudly on the street. Cars were also honking in the back alley after midnight for reasons I do not know. In addition, the in-room fan coil unit made noticeable noise while operating for heating and cooling, likely due to a fan adjustment issue.
Overall, considering the location and service, it is a good option for business travel.

Lobby was very nice and clean. Oddly set up but that’s just my opinion. Staff were nice and friendly, easy to understand. Room was decent enough. View was AMAZING. Location is absolutely perfect for going to a show at Scotiabank or Rogers Centre. Parking garage onsite was a bonus as well!

Stay at a different Hotel! The staff were clueless, unprofessional and lacked basic customer service and communication skills. My room was disgustingl and I was lied to numerous times when I brought issues to the attention of the front desk.i will upload pictures and a detailed review on yelp.
