Room cleaning not superb but their management was reasonable to accept an accommodation

The staff were great! My room was nice, but the bathroom door didn’t close or lock. It was completely broken. My view was of the CN Tower which was cool, but I would’ve preferred a view of the harbour.

The location is great and the hotel is wonderful. The only issues during our stay was that one elevator was out of service and the parking garage was under renovation

Clean rooms. Very close to Rogers Center and downtown. Great view from rooftop!

Clean Hotel, staff could be a bit friendlier upon leaving and arriving. Constant drilling noise, didnt know there was renovations being done until arrival, would of been nice to know at booking. Although work was only during day hours. Room service would of been a good option, lack of vending machines. Great location for sporting and concert events

Early Check in was amazing. Arrived at 12pm and were able to check in right away and use the fantastic pool for the afternoon. Parking convenient. Clean rooms. Great location - able to walk to anywhere downtown and street car stops right out front as well. Late check out also a bonus! Also good food options around the area. Bed was super comfy. Will for sure stay again!

Clean room, staff was very nice and helpful. Only complaint was that construction was happening directly outside our room in the early hours of the morning

Great location

Excellent choice prior to a Jay's game, well within walking distance. Finding the entrance to the lobby and parking garage was a bit of a chore not being familiar with the area, relying on GPS directions and added complications of one way streets and street car lanes. But we eventually found it and everything worked out great.

Amazing location

I don’t have any major complaints, but I have to say for the price per night, I was expecting something a little bit nicer. The place fell a little bit tired in general…. In need of some renovations.

Room was kept really clean and my interactions with the hotel were always friendly and pleasant. During my time, an elevator was out of service and the staff was very communicative about this issue and made it aware that one of the two rooms did not work and that there would be a period of time. (2 hours one day). Where both elevators did not work but did let me know that if I required assistance with the elevator, to contact the front desk. The reason the rating is not higher is a problem with the door to my hotel room that should be resolved immediately. 1) the door would not close on its own. Normally you can let close shut on its own without any issues. This door required you to either push or pull the door shut (depending on what side of the door you were on). You could not let the door go and expect it to close. 2) the deadbolt for the door (above the handle) did not work. When twisting the knob above the handle, did not work. The knob provided no additional security. Meaning the door latch that’s eye level with the peep hole was the only functioning security measure I had on the door. If the hotel happens to see this, I am happy to provide video of both points to them to support the claim. The doors should be looked at to ensure they lock properly. Staff should know about #1 as the room was serviced every day and could not be closed properly without using excessive force

Great location but substandard conditions for the price. Our floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned given the dirt that could be seen in various places, including the washroom. Parking under the hotel was convenient, but there was no notable discount. Maybe $37 plus tax is a bargain. I don’t travel to Toronto enough, to be fair.

Chambre propre, lits confortables. Pas d'explications claires venant de la réception concernant les frais et le stationnement. La chambre donnant sur le côté du restaurant Amsterdam Brewing n'était pas du tout calme entre 2h et 4h du matin. Je ne sais pas si ce sont les employés du stationnement ou du restaurants qui quittent leur travail mais il y avait des voitures qui klaxonnaient, des gens criaient et de la musique forte a été entendue au cours de la nuit, venant de cette rue.

Paid for a harbour view but on the 2nd floor the view is of buildings and an overgrown tree more than the water. Bait & switch. If it's 2nd/3rd floor is should be billed as a standard view room.
