The hotel was nice. The security features need some work. The card scanner to operate the elevators was not functional, allowing anyone access to the elevator up. The area surrounding the hotel had some people who made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel itself was otherwise satisfactory.

To start, when we arrived in our room, we found broken glass all over the bathroom floor, and there was old french fries, and garbage on the carpet in the room.
We called the front desk, they sent someone to clean it up, but nothing else was done about it, we asked to switch rooms.
When we returned to our room the next day after being gone all day, the room wasn’t clean,
We were confused and called the front desk, we were then told that they do not clean rooms unless you specifically ask for it (that was definitely not specified to us said check-in)
I then asked for clean towels and a garbage bag to at least take out the garbage, they said they would get that to us in 10 minutes but no one never showed up and they didn’t call us back.
Of course we could’ve went down to the front desk or called multiple times, but….
We will never be returning, and if you have children like we do I would suggest that you keep scrolling and find a different hotel.
