I was in tkhe main restaurant and lounge on Saturday night at 5 30 and waited over 2 hours for chicken fingers and fries or my 9 year-old !!!!
So the next night on Sunday, with the premises almost empty of customers at 5:00 pm , and I having sat down and watching the Olympic hockey game on TV , the manager it seems came to me 3 times in 10 minutes, asking if I was ordering , and when I said I was thinking about it , but not just yet , this person told me I had to leave the Restaurant and Lounge!!!! so...... what do I think.. very poor customer service.

Older place and rooms are definitely dated, but it was a great stay, clean amenities and nice shops inside the consider to the casino. Great restaurant in site with amazing brunch. Casino was great and good win rates.

There were sports team kids running around and very loudly visiting up and down our hall until 4:00am and we paid a lot of money to be kept awake all night. Noone said anything, not parents, nor staff....it was rough.
