There is literally no sound proofing in the rooms o could hear every single person coming and going at all hours which is lesss than ideal with small kids . Part of the building is under construction and the pool in the one building isn’t even operational so you have to walk outside to get to the pool and that was less than ideal if you have little kids. There was also no chain or extra door stopping lock which is something I feel almost all hotels have.

The room was large with many cabinets and surfaces to set things on. It was very convenient to park just outside our motel door. The hot tub was hot and clean.
On the other side, many surfaces had not been dusted for a very long time. Also, when I pulled out a cabinet to plug in a device, there were many things behind it. The room needs a deep clean.

Room was dated, building is old. The lack of an elevator was a minor inconvenience with heavy bags. There must have been an event as there was quite a bit of noise from other guests and their. The room was clean, it worked for the purpose - a place to rest between driving stints.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Room service closed early, It would have been nice to find a bottle of water in the fridge. I had to go find a chair without arms so both husband and I could sit at the table (which we had to move in order to both have access to plugins for laptops.)
