The staff as well as the hotel manager were very friendly and exceedingly helpful. Parking was very close to the main entrance. Room was clean and the price was very reasonable!

The staff were amazing - Luisa was wonderful. She was accommodating and went above and beyond. The carpet was a bit worn and dirty but the reminder of the stay was exceptional.

Room was pretty dirty - especially the bathroom. Shirt black hairs on the supposed clean towels, hair between the shower curtains on the top of the tub, mold in the shower, bugs and bloody bug guts on the wall by the mirror, and food crumbs on the pull out bed.
We were travelling with a dog so our options were limited and I understand that I get what I pay for, but for $170 I'd hope that I at least got a clean room. Thankfully when I spoke to the front desk in the morning they waived the pet fee for us.

Has a decent stay noting the Selkirk building is older and was under reno. Room was clean but had a strange odor possibly because of the renos. Pool/hot tub was enjoyed. Staff was helpful and offered to see if they could put us in the newer building but unfortunately had no space.

Cheap, clean, ten minute drive to Revelstoke resort. Fast food restaurants across the road and a nice trail along the river. Would stay again.
