The hotel was fine, the rooms are dated and the cleanliness of the main areas (flooring) was questionable. The staff were extremely helpful. It’s a fine hotel for the cost.

beds are really comfortable and bathtub was big and welcoming. Hot tub was busy.

The hot tub was hot and the pool nice and clean.

The staff were amazing - Luisa was wonderful. She was accommodating and went above and beyond. The carpet was a bit worn and dirty but the reminder of the stay was exceptional.

Adequate

Cheap, clean, ten minute drive to Revelstoke resort. Fast food restaurants across the road and a nice trail along the river. Would stay again.

Decent place to stay , needs an update however staff were friendly .

We were in Revelstoke skiing. The room was clean and quiet. The check in was fast. I would stay there again.

Came to ski

Expedia would not allow me to change my plans. The website stook me in circles and the the wait times for phone calls was listed as over 1,045 minutes. The inflexibility cost me $250. Juding by the inability to contact Expedia to change plans while traveling or for anything else for that matter, they just lost a repeat customer. Their charge on my Visa will be disputed. Sad.

Clean rooms but location is busy. Lots of people coming in and out all night

Pretty greasy for a Sandman. Does the job and staff were a high-light.

Staff was great, late check in and it was quiet - the hotel is on the older side but for a night's stay, it was more than acceptable.

Revy. No need for laundry.

Price and location was convenient but next time will ask for a room on the outside as that was quieter last time!

Do not know about national park. There was no functional laundry at the facility.
