天际酒店及水上乐园

成個酒店得一個微波爐可供顧客使用，另外製冰機亦係得一部，房間清潔欠佳。另外嗰房好嘈，樓上及周圍到晚上，有好多小朋友跳蹦蹦，致房間內很嘈。難以入睡打電話到前台叫人幫忙，效果都唔係好理想。

Room size a little bit smaller than expected

This hotel did not have their AC switched over, was fully aware of it, and did not notify us of this at all. In fact after spending 20 minutes fiddling with the thermostat I made a call to the front desk and was then told that the A/C was inoperable. Keep in mind this is Victoria Day long weekend, people staying here are all families with young children, and it was over 30 degrees celsius. They offered to bring a fan to my room and by the time we got back to the room around 9pm we realized there was no fan delivered. The room was unbearably hot. Our 6 month old was sweating profusely. We ended up sleeping in our car. It was significantly cooler outside than it was in the hotel. When I complained to the hotel they told me that they could offer a 50% discount. Had they at least notified us of what was happening we could've made arrangements to purchase a fan of our own and be better prepared. Will not stay here again. It's obvious this hotel does not care about its patrons and will do what it can to profit off of people.

AC was not working. And hotel staff didn’t tell at time of check-in. And Air conditioner was not working before we checked in.

Mattresses were nice but the tv only worked intermittently, the shower curtain rod was partially broken so the curtain would not stay closed, the shower head was also partially broken and would not stay pointed in one direction and if the neighboring room is speaking above a normal tone you will hear every word. Staff was very nice and cleaning staff was amazing

My son enjoyed his stay at the skyline hotel, especially the waterpark. He made himself at home!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is dated. The entrance smells like cannabis. On par with NiagaraFalls prices.

I was charged for parking when they stayed that parking would be free with my stay and then they charge my account twice once for $73.31 Then again for $20.59 all for parking ? All I had was the water that came with the room

Our last stay at Skyline Hotel was honestly disappointing. The room was dirty when we arrived there were a lot of used cotton buds beside the bed, and we even saw many ants inside the washroom. It also would’ve been better if they had a microwave available for guests. The only thing we truly enjoyed was the easy access to the waterpark through their connecting bridge, which made things very convenient for families. Hopefully the cleanliness and room maintenance will improve in the future.

It had potential but definitely needs an upgrade!
