整體而言是不錯的，東西應有盡有，只是像我們是住五位，必須有人睡客廳的沙發床，不過客廳窗簾是透光的，雖可以給眼套，總是不太方便，是唯一美中不足之處，另外上下舖的床底棉屑不少，可以加強床底的清潔。

It was not stated that this is unattended hotel with no front desk. When we arrived, we needed a code to get in which was not provided so we had to pay a taxi to take us there and then turn around and go back to the airport. We were billed but i have disputed the charge since we could not get in the room.

Clean well appointed room. Had everything we needed. Great clear, check-in instructions as well as parking instructions.

Room was clean and good use of space. Location was fantastic and walkable to gastown and city and stadium. Great restaurants nearby! Manager responded fast with any concerns and was easy to use remote checkin.

Staying at Smithe House was one of those experiences that made exploring Vancouver so much more enjoyable. We felt like locals even as visitors to this beautiful city. The apartment style hotel gave us a “home away from home” feel. Any questions I had was responded to by the dedicated and helpful team. They were even kind enough to accomodate my needs when I needed to store some items with them temporarily. Thank you so much to Nash and the team for looking after us on this occasion. You’ve made our time in Vancouver such a memorable one.

Great location with all up to date amenities

Loved having a kitchen and full laundry facilities!! I’m heading home after 2 weeks and my laundry has already been done in advance. One less thing to worry about when I land which makes a big difference in my hectic life. There was a fully stocked kitchen appliance and tool wise, which helped me stay on track with my meal plan while I was there on business. The only one minor suggestion I’d make is to have a few more hangers in the closet and maybe a drawer for socks etc., I’d definitely stay there again if I’m back in Vancouver. Also, not having to use a key card was fabulous!

Clean room, great location

Overall, this place is great. The rooms are premium and super clean. I was upgrades for no cost which was amazing. However this is not a hotel. It’s a condo. There is no front desk and no accessible staff. You can’t easily store your bags if you’re coming or going to explore the surroundings. If you arrive early at all, you and all your bags are locked out in the rain. The check in is too late (4:00) and it is too rigid as you need a code for everything. I ended up in the lobby with another guy who came up from P1 and the two of us were trapped in the tiny lobby area. It’s really for short stays and return visits and locals. The room was a 10 but the overall experience was a 6. If you are ok with the above and looking for premium accommodations in a great neighbourhood, this is for you.
