Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. As a stranger in this country, I felt warm inside. The staff were quite helpful with other issues such as speed limit policy in Canada, too. Overall speaking, we had a wonderful stay here!😄

Great value, great view, best deal in Canmore Breakfast changed daily with omelets, thenscrambled egg, bacon, then sausage Has a giant indoor hot tub with mountain view and comfy beds.

Everything from the check-in to the checkout was a great experience. The breakfast options are great and fresh. 10/10.

The property was well kept. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The breakfast menu was nice. Overall, a very good experience.

Clean room, decent eggs and sausage for the hot breakfast, friendly staff!

The oneelevator was broken and the skirt on the bed was ripped and torn. The lotion bottle provided was empty.

We loved our stay. The room was clean and tidy. The only downside was the breakfast, which had few and repetitive options. But we still loved our stay.

Staff were awesome. The room was very larger than we had thought and it was very quiet. The breakfast had both hot and cold choices.

Breakfast was decent, but having some gluten free options would be ideal, so food can be enjoyed by the majority. The hot tube area was clean, but it smelled too chlorinated to stay in the area. Salt water would be a healthier and more attractive option for the area and option, considering the adjacent aspect to the other hotel offerings.

The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The whirl pool was wonderful.

Very pleased with our weekend stay. Beds are very comfortable and the continental breakfast had lots of options including hot dishes. Highlight is the large, clean, well maintained hot tub.

The individual that calls himself manager at this establishment is an absolute disgrace of a human being. Their name is Moncy. I say this with a heavy heart, because what I've lost, a wife's present that had sentimental value and the reason for my rage are completely justified, because he treated me like a complete zero, as if i was a homeless person off the street, The reason why I say this is simple, after checking out and realizing I've left my necklace in room 310 at the canmore super 8 I first called and spoke to receptionist but she did not call me back as she is claiming, by the way. I had no other choice but to go in person but when I got there, i was told nothing was located. This leads me to believe that either a) it was not found by housekeeping due to having fallen in a crevice between the bed and the night table; or B this place is harboring a thief in their ranks. So, this is not a problem right? Well it would not have been if the manager decided to not let me use the elevator to go up to my ex room and ask the people who were supposedly occupying it already? He was a complete idiot and kept impeding my way to the third floor just so I can't ask the new occupiers. Needless to say i lost all patience and left without my necklace. I am asking for a complete refund because of the eay I was treated as in " if you checked out, we no longer treat you like a human being." I am appaled at the lack of hospitality skills and the brazenness of this supposed "manager".
