Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. As a stranger in this country, I felt warm inside. The staff were quite helpful with other issues such as speed limit policy in Canada, too. Overall speaking, we had a wonderful stay here!😄

For a Super 8 excellent. This property could have taken on a better franchise brand. The price to value was still terrible as is pretty much anything in Canmore and Banff. The morning breakfast was at a different level than what you'd expect for a 2 star franchise. It is along a rail track but we didn't have much issue with noise and didn't see any trains during our stay. Town center with shops and restaurants are an easy stroll away. There are a couple of good grocery stores within walking distance as well. The Thai next door is great for dinner but gets very busy so go early (closes at 8:30) and have them add your name to a register (paper and pen registration system). Its family owned and they work hard with a smile. Canmore is a bit cheaper than Banff and is as good a base for going north along Icefields parkway. Banff has a better and more bustling town center and several great lakes and picture sport but frankly driving north is where the jaw dropping stuff is. The Canmore town center has a lovely stream with boardwalk for a pleasant and scenic walk to unwind in the evening.

New and modern. Rooms well maintained and clean. Breakfast was basic.

Our room was wheelchair accessible although we did not request or need that. The bathroom was huge with a no barrier shower that soaked the entire bathroom and was very slippery. The breakfast was great and check out simple.

I was DOUBLE CHARGED both my visa and credit card over 1,000 for a room and 30+ days still trying to get my money back for the overcharge!! Be cautious of whos working the front desk

Great staff and wonderful breakfast buffet. Had an easy check in and out! Most of all, the location was walking distance to many restaurants and shops! Out room was also a great size with the small kitchenette and cookware, amazing mountain views and a clean space. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Ideally located in the heart of Canmore. Not more than 20 minutes from the town of Banff. We had a spectacular view of the "Three Sisters".

Parking is a little annoying. They shouldsplit it with a partition forcars and one for large trucks for workers.

Rooms were clean and neat and no smell. Breakfast was okay, regular food. Staffs are nice always cheking if food are refilled.

Staff in front desk okay but not too friendly they avoid eye contact at all cost. Hotel is nice, different breakfast each day and many options (just no vegan milk). The best was hot tub, we love it

Clean room. Good buffet breakfast + free parking. Close enough to the airport but not as expensive as other hotel chains.
