Everything was nice and very clean and in working order!

Great boutique hotel located 20 mins drive to downtown Toronto. Self check in and out but easy to follow via instructions from email. Great communication and efficiency thru email. We will definitely stay there again

We stayed in the forest suite, and the room itself was nice due to the fact that it had some dishware and a microwave. Storage was pretty sparse as there were only two hangers and two tiny drawers to store clothes. The bathroom was modern and nice and there was some more storage space there. I think the few qualms we did have did in fact add up, and would make it not likely for me to try and stay here again. The bathroom door did not close all the way, the hot water was milky in color, and the comforter and bed sheets had stains on them. I liked the property itself and the food nearby was super good. Being across from a shoppers is also awesome. Overall we liked our stay but there were some things that made our experience not as amazing as we expected.

The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is well constructed and also clean. Providing a netflix account for guests to use and a personalized booklet with local information/recommendations was a nice touch. The bed is also comfirtable. Cons: the lighting is quite harsh, due to the fact there are no light shades to diffuse it. The lighting in the bathroom is the most pleasant. A kitchen towel or an easier-to-use drying rack would be nice to have

Cozy stay

I liked how the hotel was built into the neighborhood. It didnt seem out of place. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Sound carried fairly well as we could hear our neighbours.

The room was clean easy check in The noise was loud from other guests Smelt of weed and smoke throughout the buildings.

The room was clean and as nice as advertised. Stairs only access so mobility concerns could be a factor if stairs are a challenge. Great insulation so you dont really hear your neighbours ( only if they are flighting at midnight and yelling )but still muffled that white noise can drowned it out. The shower is deadly in the fact you'll never want to get it. This could cause delays if your on a time crunch so make sure you plan for extra time as it is so relaxing I wish I could take it with me. My husband now has one more item to our hunny do list. Thank you for an amazing experience. I highly recommend a stay at The Westlake.

Bring an extension cord, as there is a lack of power outlets. Also I banged my head on the hanging light! I wished there was a light switch on both sides of the room, so perhaps take a nightlight! Otherwise my stay was perfectly pleasant!!

No existe ni un solo gancho o closet para colgar un abrigo en toda la habitación. Tampoco hay maleteros y en ningún lado indican que hay escaleras únicamente para llegar a la habitación.

I enjoyed the experience very much. The Beach room was clean,spacious, with a great new bathroom and glass 2 head shower. The bed was very comfortable . There was a spacious refrigerator, and cutlery/ plates/ Keurig. The parking at the rear was available fortunately. It was a Friday night and the room was perfectly quiet despite there being a male dance club . I below. I enjoyed the great television channel selections and retro arcade game in the lobby.
