Staff were helpful, executive lounge for breakfast and snacks was great. They had board games for keeping kids occupied on cold and wet days. Location is great with easy access to many amenities and shops.

Room was spotless. Staff was lovely amenities were fantastic location great usually we stay at a different hotel when we come down, but we will definitely from now on stay at this hotel. I would recommend it highly

Room was not as pictured< looked like a step back to the Cosby show in the late 80's. Staff was great, room was kinda gross with worn and torn fabric on the chair, too gross to sit on. Very upsetting, feel taken advantage of for how much it cost and what we got
