This place has a deceptive announcement of the look and facilities for their hotel. 1: it has limited parking that it is hard to get in and out of. 2: there is no elevators and it is not mentioned anywhere in their website. 3: there is no air conditioning for the rooms. You have to keep your window, and the room door open to get airflow. 4: due to opening said window, now you won’t be able to sleep since there is a night club across the street, and it is LOUD AS HELL!!! You will have a hard time getting any sleep since that place does not close until 4 am. 1/2 of the rooms are to that side of the hotel. BEWARE. 5: they offer the opportunity to get coffee at the bar since they have a very nice expresso machine, well that is also broken, so had to go out to the city to get a cup of coffee!!! The pictures in any site for this place are professional and make it look great, but it is old and antiquated at best. By a wide margine, the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced, and I have traveled across the world.

Todo el personal muy amable, las habitaciones en buen estado, el desayuno y la comida a la carta buenos también y además está bien ubicado. Lo único que eché de menos fue aire acondicionado dado el calor que hizo, pero todo lo demás 10/10.

Me olvide mi entrada al pais que da la.PDI y no quisieron darme las habitaciones, estabamos.con niños y ni asi, les.pedi q si podian ingresar y yo esperaba hasta conseguir una foto y me dijrron q no cero empatica la niña q.me atendió

Wonderful location, secure parking and super friendly staff. Walking distance to all the sights of Castro. Warning if you plan to arrive into Castro after 6pm the traffic is dreadful!!

El edificio es arquitectónicamente remarcamble, tiene buenos servicio y el personal es muy amable, pero las habitaciones empiezan a estar un poco avejentadas. Es una gran opción calidad-precio para unos días en Castro

Everything it's good!

Las habitaciones muy malas, baño pequeño y incómodo y, cuando desde otra habitación hacían uso del baño, se perdía la presión y la temperatura del agua en el nuestro, armario inutilizable, cama incómoda, además se oyen todos los ruidos tanto de dentro como de fuera del hotel. Spa aceptable, sauna finlandesa y sauna de vapor, piscina climatizada que ya necesita una actualización, un jacuzzi que no soltaba burbujas y con mucho olor cloro. Desayuno aceptable, pero con poca variedad y muy repetitivo. Estacionamiento en la entrada del hotel con plazas bastante justas para los coches. No hay ascensor para subir a las plantas superiores y el botones no tiene iniciativa ninguna para ayudar con las maletas, de hecho las tuvimos que subir nosotros. No repetiría para un próximo viaje. El personal de recepción muy bien, resolutivo y atento.

La experiencia fue mala, tuvimos de cambiar de habitación, en la primera habitación, la tasa del baño no funciono, el agua fría tampoco , la calefacción demasiado fuerte, no se pudo bajar, la segunda habitación, parte nueva del hotel, mejoro bastante, también la calefacción fuerte, tuvimos que regularla abriendo la ventana, poca presión de agua.

Buena Estadia. Lugar muy acogedor y personal muy atento.

O hotel me surpreendeu, ficamos em um quarto com vista para o lago e era deslumbrante. O bar também era super agradável e fomo muito bem atendidos, comendo um peixe empanado com papas fritas que estava delicioso. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, poucas opções de pães e frutas e achei muito fraco para o porte do hotel. Afora isso o quarto era espaçoso e as roupas de cama e banho eram ótimos.

We booked a room with lake view in the newer section of the hotel. Room size was good but not the room condition. Some cracks and worn out flooring planks which could trip you if you were not careful. Mildew smell in room and bathroom. Room was quite warm as there’s no air conditioning. Bugs flew into room when opening window for fresh air. Towels were old and some were torn. Breakfast was poor with limited hot food and lack of quality and variety. Location was good though but we still would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you have other choices in the area.
