Sino Hotel

I come here before my check in time but luckily the hotel staff let me check in to the room. that's a good hotel. near to bus station. the staff is very nice and helpful, 2nd day I change my room to another room because the room is very cold and they assist me very well.. this is a recommended hotel but not for the breakfast. less of choices. thank you for giving me special discount for my booking at Sino HOTEL. Thank you. Love❤💗u

Just room description not clear so this time we argue a bit over room when we arrive but everything else okey

The staff was very helpful although it would be better if they can speak English. The receptionist even helped me buying product online and send it to the hotel. However, I had unpleasant experience when they try to move our room due to repair need to be done up stair, I have told them I am okay if they want to move us around but It has to be near elevator because I am staying with elderly. They kept saying no more room near elevator and the concierge who suppose to help us moving our things was grumble and giving us bad attitude because I kept saying I still need room nearby elevator. So at the end, my local friend help me to complain and they sort it our nicely.
